For video style...I like both. I'm always learning how to do things better. Last year I did a lot of skidsteer pusher and sidewalk blower work. This year I'm doing loader &12' pusher. Absolutely love it.
I'm still learning the most efficient ways to clear snow in large lots. Watching your videos has taught me soo much. It's difficult to explain things or ask questions. I need to see it. You've sped up my experience rate dramatically. Thank you 😊

I've been plowing the current job for 5 years... The new guy I'm training typically does office work but lives on site. After several sessions of shush and watch while ac/dc was blaring. We had a sit down. I asked him to tell me why I do it that way. His reply was.. you never back track and are always moving snow.. I gave him a cookie. I asked if he had a better idea.... nope
Seriously. Watching and paying attention to a site manager is important. Not every site has the same manager so learning is eyes open n questions saved til it's chat time.

That cylender didnt bend when pulling in. That bent extending. Thinking the pivot on the end of the cylender seized so when it extended it twisted the end. It should realisticly take almost no force to move the locks. I built one using a 300 lb force electric actuator. it is slow but it works. It literally uses 1/4 bolts in a single shear configuration. As well as a short piece of pvc pipe as a designed faiure point. Repairing that cylender should be easy. Cut the rod off and weld a new piece in place. If it was removed it likely could be straightened. I wouldnt beef it up too mich haveing a failure point other than the moving rod is better than distroying the rod.
