The passenger that folded as soon as they told him to stand up lost every ounce of my respect. Why even exercise your rights if you’re going to fold when the cuffs come out? Not only is it kind of pathetic, but easiest payday ever. There wouldn’t even be a bond for a failure to ID (secondary charge) arrest.

My husband got pulled over for ASHING out of the window.. It was a WV state trooper. He didn’t write a littering ticket though it was (not even kidding) illegal burning inside city limits 😂

There is no state that requires you to give your phone number or social security number to a cop, They want all the information they can get on you for their database but you are only required to give them the documents required by law. Even the social security administration says a social security card is not to be used for identification.

What the hell is an inspection report? Is that a state thing? Here in idaho I have never in my life heard of that before
It’s been years since I had to deal with that, but in some New England states you get a form that has a receipt looking paper from the emissions testing machine. Driver mentioned Market Basket and I know that’s a grocery chain in Massachusetts and New Hampshire
Idk about a report that’s crazy, but in WV you have to have an inspection sticker, which is also just another form of the state robbing people. They only allow certain shops to do inspections and while it’s only 10-15$ to have the inspection, if they think you’re dumb they’ll fail you and claim this and that needs repaired to make money bc they don’t make money off of inspections. I bought our newest vehicle in OH and just never even went and got an inspection sticker lol and I won’t until I’m ticketed for it and have to
