Agree. But unke rates kam nahi hote agar acchi jagah pe purchase karte hai aap flat kyuki govt approved hote hai yeh flats and organised hote hai. Loan bhi govt bank se sabse kam ROI pe mil jata hai.

@@BRSSHOW When these flats opened for bookings, almost all flats were sold within few hours. And the allotment happened at around 11 lakh rupees. I own one flat in pocket 1b and it's been rented out since the very first week of allotment although my flat is on the top floor. Things have changed I think as people are now residing in these societies in considerable numbers.
