    Very good flat in dwarka prime location. But nearby area is not good. 1.2cr is little overpriced but 1cr is value for money. 👍.. good for those who want to live in delhi for work purpose. I would invest in dwarka expressway if i have 1cr capital.

    The society is located just 300 meters from the main road and the largest mall in Dwarka. Unlike the isolated areas in other sectors, this area is poised to become one of the most vibrant locations. Vegas Mall is within walking distance, and unlike the Dwarka Expressway, this site already benefits from metro connectivity. Additionally, when you compare square footage, the available space exceeds that of many 2BHK apartments from private builders. The balcony off the living room measures 14 feet by 6 feet, which is nearly the size of bedrooms offered by private builders.

    I stay on rent in CR Park for 25k, and it's a 2 room set plus kitchen, 2 balconies and a lobby. This is definitely overpriced. Paying a little over 1 cr can get a small flat in south Delhi, which is well populated.

    2 bhk (1425sqft) was recently sold for 1.75cr, that makes it 12280/sqft rate. By this rate 1076 sqft 1 bhk should be at least 1.32cr. There is always one rate of PER SQ FT. in a society.

    EWS stand for “economic weaker section” and LIG for “lower income group”, now tell me which LIG/EWS have money to purchase 1 cr and above priced 1 bhk or 2 bhk. Crores ka flat bhi lo aur logo ke taane bhi ki gareebo wale flats mein rehte hain 😂😂😂

      @@BRSSHOW 2 to 2.5cr mein to Minneapolis city in USA mein 1 bhk mil jata (1000 sqft approx) hai with location and surrounding which even poshest area in delhi or mumbai cant even match. 70-80L in Melbourne city of Australia ke outer mein 1 bhk mil jata hai with similar area.
      Gov wants indian middle and upper middle class of india to live like pigs at the cost of their entire lifetime savings.

      1 BHK is 100 Sq. Yards. with LIFT and CAR PARKING in a Gated Society. Yeh toh bahut reasonable hai, Mumbai is expensive.

      DDA is behaving like a private builder now. Instead of selling flats at affordable rates they are competing with private builders. Their job should be building providing affordable housing for common folks.
