Sir saare youtuber basic need cover nahi kerte,, suggestion like : water and electricity quality, near by schooling and rental yield, near by safety like police station etc... If you can cover this because water is main concern for middle class and upper class buyer,, in delhi ncr water is bad

In most parts it's a costly location so it is almost impossible to get something pocket friendly. (Ref: High-rise apartments)
If possible, please give some options in Greater Noida/ Noida in the same budget as well
Both are very expensive
Nothing in those 2 locations is affordable if it's an approved and registry eligible property. Try switching to some other locations as per your location preferences. Hope it serves the purpose. Thanks 🙏

Considering the current scenario it can be termed as a value for money project otherwise it's a bit costly. Construction and maintenance are good but location is subjective. Thanks 👍
