Great video!! My machine powers on then turns off 3 seconds later. I have the control board open now. Do you think the control board needs replaced or what?
Hello I have the same washer and same issue. I tried the paper clip like you did and it powered on. I don’t want to buy a new washer if I can afford the part. Is there anyway you could tell me what the part is? Also do you have a video on how to replace the main board? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
i have the same exact issue i think when i overloaded the circuit which tripped the breaker now my washer won’t cut on at all. Should i replace relay or whole board?
Not the part that fixes it. The part listed is the front half to the control panel. The relay that is bad is on the BACK of the control panel. Behind the part he listed. I do not know what part number that is right now. BUT THEY PART HE LISTED WILL NOT FIX ISSUE. Ordered, waited, installed(realizing it was replacing the relay), and same issue.
So a couple of things, either you didn’t clean up your joints well enough and you are not making a complete connection, your washer has a different problem with similar symptoms. When you narrow it down post the picture or email it to me. Maybe I’ll include in another video. Thanks
No, part listed is digital panel, not the control board behind it that it the issue. Either have to buy, and make sure, a whole UNIT. Comes with the digital viewer board(you listed) AND control board in rear(not listed).
You were informative for sure. But listed wrong part. Its only half of the controls & not the half that keeps it from running. I replaced the part you listed, nothing. I replaced the control board behind the part you listed, it worked.
@@shanecolon4727 appreciate you sharing that, you should list the part number. Yes I’m aware of the board sandwich setup. All I can say is, you did excellent. Keep in mind, appliances can give similar issues, but different failures. Sometimes it is a bad capacitor that can stop a unit from turning on or off. The unit I fixed is good and sold. Appreciate it
subscribed simply for the free tips youre giving people in the comments, thats awesome man youre a good dude

Would replacing the entire board work? And where would I find it?
Yes, I think I already replied to you. If not please let me know

It sounds like a board issue. Make sure you unplug it for a 5-10 minutes before. Send it a model number of your washer
I have a Samsung model number WA52M7750A*/WA52M7755A* on my user manual. I've been unable to locate any place that has a replacement board.
@@nate_is_silent I think I found it. I’ll send you a part number later today
Hi, did you find the part number for the control board?
