We did it,we made terminator miles better,all there is now is to have terminator 1’s truck chase with the Batman music and terminator 3’s truck chase with (2008)dark knight’s like a dog chasing cars!
(1:38 also holy crap,the music is the best part of this stunt)

Amazing looking back at this after not seeing it for years - only to spot continuity errors in 2022 =|
1:43 - Truck has broken tie-rod's, steering rack broken / dislodged - better seen at 1:48
1:43 - severely bent rim - tyre would have immediately deflated
1:52 - ALL FIXED \o/ yay!
It's weird though - changing the music made me focus on the visuals more... 🤔

Hey man, this is excellent! I love seeing stuff like this. Really gives the film a different feeling, but it still works pretty well!
Hey, if I may ask... how do you isolate the film's sound effects from the score?

Make sure the audio has 6 channels (basically all Blu-rays and DVDs have that). Use a video editor like Vegas Pro and mute out the tracks that contain music. Easier said then done because the music can usually be heard in nearly every track (more or less). In this case, with an older movie, it was pretty difficult.

@@CinemaRescored Interesting. Thanks, man! So since this one was more difficult than others, did you end up having to use some effects or mess with the EQ and stuff to sort of "drown out" what was left of the music?

@@Tfor2show Sometimes you definitely need to improvise, mostly by cutting and/or prolonging your song of choice. You can boost the sound of some spoken lines if you feel like that's needed, but it all comes down to what you want to do.
