Well, the thing is, their full name is Yasuda Sayo Shannon introduced herself as Sayo, it was just the servants who used Yasu as a nickname to mess with them Plus, it isn't incorrect when their looks is just Shannon's, since the boobs are fake XD

Detective calling herself detective is a meta thing that is something akin to ability for example look at medako box there main character is actually a title same for antagonist for further understanding other than that Beatrice specifically stated in red battler is incompetent so the proofs and tactics are more so going according to his character plus let's not forget this is the same guy that stated bomb food as a viable method to kill someone
