We are Megan, Caramel, and Skyla (whose here hidden!) - Yes you! And we use the Dorwest products to help soothe Skyla's anxiety, in particular around fireworks season as she can be really really scared of loud noises. So we use them to help support her anxiety through that period. We also just give lots of reassurance, give her some cuddles, she really likes affection so she really benefits from (bye Caramel!) - she really benefits from some gentle reassurance really. As you can see!
We also put the radio on in the background. just to block out the noise of the fireworks really. We'll put the TV up a little bit louder and she's also got various safe spaces throughout the house that she can choose to go to. A really good idea is to under the table, putting her bed under the table with some blankets around it, just to make it more of a cuddly den for her to go to if she does get really scared and she wants to go there just to hunker down for a bit.
