This is great. One of if not my favorite layout of the houses you've presented. The rooms aren't overly large and there's a lot of good, usable common space.
I'll connect the 3rd 2nd floor bedroom with the master so that the master will have 2 baths.
Nice to see that the kitchen has 2 sinks. More houses should do that because if there's food being prepared and I need to wash something, I wouldn't want to have soap possibly splashing on the food. With 2 sinks, I can use 1 for food prep and a separate one for washing.
Nice to see that the pool is off to the side and it doesn't eat into the space of the backyard. A lot of pools are too centered in the backyard and there is much lawn left.
The rooftop is just a bonus as it's really not needed as most rooms have a balcony and also a common balcony on the 2nd floor. Little open air nooks.
The only thing that would make this perfect is if it was on a hillside/higher elevation and the backyard would have a better view.

🇺🇸The value of the house should only be in the range of 6 million to 7 million US Dollars.
🇺🇸There should be a private movie theater inside that house.
🇺🇸There should be five or six bedrooms inside that house.
🇺🇸There should also be 5 or 6 bathrooms inside that house.
🇺🇸There should be a 6 car garage inside that house.
🇺🇸There should also be a private swimming pool inside the house.

The paint is barely dry since the contractor power pole hasn't been removed. It would be interesting to see the overgrown house that was torn down. The overgrown backyard was perfect, when cut back and trimmed for privacy on the tiny lot. A much better design than 'shoebox modern' on the same kind of footprint. Certainly the neighbors are holding their collective breaths to hope for a full price sale. I don't expect an answer, but, since there's the height limitation, why not dig down for three car parking and more square footage, like some of the modern shoe boxes?

Now it’s time for you to focus on few things like if u show some some close up of fire pit or light fixture then show them when it’s dark if you stay. At that place and I guess you have. A car then in next video drive it and show that in the video having lavish entertainment entry of yourself I would say talk to paul about having good shoots some shoots are not good it’s to bad add few close up I don’t know you really read my comment I posted few days back on your video of changing your style to walk and few more things you have worked on them acc to meh now work on some few. Technical problem I had told in these comment I really appreciate your work i wish if you could tour home in India 🇮🇳 Mumbai

Okay. Great house, and as someone from the country and who pays attention to design detail....please start naming the product finishes. This is a million dollar $$$ home, and “light wood”, is not king to cut it or “ modern” fixtures phrases.. Say: this is pine wood ceiling finish or the material the garage is made out of...it

$4.5 million for LA Unified? No thanks. This area near the 101 is overpriced for what you're getting. Builder gets the lot for $2.5 mill and maybe 500k construction cost then turn around and sell for cool $1.5 mill profit. :). Maybe the new owner can sell for $6mill in a couple years, so good investment property maybe and rent it out in the meantime for a small fortune. Whoever lives here with kids will likely have them home schooled or private school since you can probably afford it if you can get into this place.
