For anyone who's actually interested in this property it's on a very nice street in Studio City and the surrounding homes are very nice as well. It's in a very quiet neighborhood with nice friendly happy people who smile and say hello while walking their dogs and exercising everyday.

I recognised the light fixture in the hall and above the breakfast bar because I used to sell them when I worked in the Lighting section of a high end UK retailer. The LED lights are made by Flos. I always look at the lights on your viewings.
