  • Find out the 12 stages that a trial lawyer must prepare for when getting ready for a jury trial. This video also includes a few simple trial tips and tactics, which every trial advocate should have in their arsenal.
PS - This video assumes that your trial is not bifurcated, which would split the trial into two parts. This is typically used to first determine liability or guilt/innocence. And then to present more evidence so that the jury can determine damages or sentencing. Check your jurisdiction to see if bifurcation applies.

QUESTION: Which of these stages do you think is most important and why?

I think jury selection and opening are the most important - jury selection because you can give a great first impression that gets them to like you, and opening because that gets them to like your case. Since first impressions are so influential, its a downhill ride from there.

Thank you very much. Very well done. Extremely practical, informative, clear, and concise. I am taking so much away from your lectures, and your confidence, and enthusiasm, are contagious. Thanks again. RKB

Between you and me, the easiest and cheapest way is to download the free Objection cheat sheet (there’s a link in the description). That link will give you the option to enroll at a serious discount 🤫
