I would like more information about guarantee and customer service.

It comes with a 12 month warranty and an option to purchase a plan for it to last longer than 12 months. I have always gotten decent responses from customer service the couple of times I have needed it but in all honesty, use the Facebook group the most for questions for all of my xTool lasers becauses 9/10 I can find an answer by searching the groups without even having to ask anyone a question!

Can we use metal like dog tag?

Yes! If it is stainless steel you can do engrave it. Stainless works best for engraving with the M1 Ultra. Just avoid mirror stainless.

Can I print on lunch box ?

It depends on what type of material the lunch box is. Most likely, no, it wouldn't work. But, you could use the cutting blade to cut vinyl for a lunch box!
