In the second section of the video with the TV turning on and off and changing channels, back in the days when remote controls was a fairly new invention, late 70s, our remote controler was broken. One night my hubby and I sat down and was watching a movie when all of a sudden it changed channels. I had to get up and put it back to the movie station manually. As soon as my butt hit the sofa it changed channels again, so I got up and changed it back. Again, as soon as my butt hit the sofa it changed channels again. Now I was peeved. I got up and as I approached the TV I had my hand raised to hit the TV but just as I was about to swing to hit it, the channel changed back to the movie. I warned the TV if it changed channels again I would hit it. I then when and sat back down. The TV finally stopped changing channels. LOL

The cross ignited on one side only after it was out of view of camera one and we are never shown the side that allegedly got scorched, so we can't see if there's any marks of accelerant or other tampering. I'm skeptical
Same. I think they're cool videos, but I doubt they're real. It's just a bit too much, a bit too perfectly spooky, that it edges from plausible to staged.

Hahah as a teen I begged my mom for a ouiji board. It was from Mattel actually. It was marketed towards kids and I was that emo-edgy kid lol. I asked my highly Catholic mom for that for Christmas. To my surprise, she bought it for me. She knew what she was doing though.
By making it seem not real, scary, or off limits, I really wasn’t interested in it.
My mom used brilliant reverse psychology to the extreme 🤣
So then, even as a teen and a 40+ yr old now, I realize how silly those things are. They don’t do a thing. Not summoning the dead and not summoning a demon. Don’t let ppl with an agenda and a video camera fool you, nor a preacher, old wives tale gossip, or anything of the like. If you recognize it for what it is, cardboard or wood with no more powers than your own kitchen table, then it will be just that. Powerless press-wood lol
1st one is a hoax for sure. No way you have all that equipment including a very expensive and professional ish type camera and so happen to capture something of that magnitude. Too many starts align which should be a huge red flag for anyone
#4 It is insanely easy to mess with someone's TV these days. You just need a remote from the same brand.

You are working hard buddy, the amount of channels you have, research you do, you own life and family, make sure you take time out.. you are so appreciated, ever since I started watching you've always rolled out the videos on Halloween 😃👍 and it's been a while. Seriously amazing, and giving other people's photos and videos a platform and all you own passion, and the places you and your wife have been, phew it makes me exhausted thinking about it, the wonderful joys of being young, it will last for a long time, don't smoke drink or do drugs and you'll do this as long as you choose 👍.
I’ve vacationed at Lanier several times and there is a spooky aura to the surrounding woods. The water is beautiful tho

I live 10 minutes from the lake, been there a few times but never felt anything.
The guy in the first video says he's not religious, so why did he have a crusafix in his home recording it setting on fire..looks so fake.
For some, a crucifix is like a rabbit's foot. Others just consider it a decoration or a piece of jewelry.
Because he wants it to do something on CAMERA 📸 🤳 so obviously bringing a symbol of GOD such as a crucifix should do the trick . I mean a God and Evil do not mix

In video #5 (the first video... from mellowbird, of the flaming cross) doesn't seem to have anything that stands out as being fake.... well there is one thing... during the part where the 3 shots are being shown at the same time there is a moment before the cross is pushed across the table when the K2 lights up... @ 2:13 when you see the K2 in the bottom left shot light up (which seems like it was already lit up but the video jumps forward to save time because the video in the #2 shot, in the top right, jumps at he same EXACT time theK2 lights up in the #1 shot - meaning it was already lit up when that cut was made) WELL what I THINK is weird is that in shot #3 the K2 doesn't light up the same way as it does in shot #1... BUT I can't look at both of them at the same time, so its a bit difficult to tell.... but the K2 in #1 shot lights up SOLID but theK2 in shot #3 blinks a bunch... so IDK if it looks solid in the #1 shot because of the angle or 2 bulbs makes them blur together and AP{PEAR solid... 🤷♂🤷♂🤷♂🤷♂ I just don't know.... and I don't have the editing software to do a proper comparison......
- - - ALSO I'm pretty sure the when AUDIO is switched from shot #1 to shot #2 ... I THINK he labeled #1 and #2 wrong they just sound COMPLETELY BACKWARDS
I’ve seen a wooden cross just like that one that ignites! There’s two little holes, one on each side, that ignites like a lighter! I’m not saying that’s what this was, but it’s a little sus to me! 🎃
Number 4 can be hoaxed easily, just have the blinds of a window open and you can control the TV through the window outside and change the channels and all that

I just got back from Edinburgh last night and went to three sets of vaults while there. All of them were eerie but the South Bridge Vaults (Niddry Street) we're something else entirely ... the atmosphere was so oppressive, heavy and sad - I didn't like it at all!

I’m from, and still live in, Hall county Georgia. I’m literally right on lake Lanier ….its right outside my back door. Seen some spookiness and heard some interesting stories. It was fun seeing it featured in one of your segments!

People die on Lanier because it’s a huge party lake and boats+alcohol don’t mix. Add to that there’s a lot of underwater trees that aren’t super far beneath the surface.

So it's also busier than other lakes I imagine.

I lived in Atlanta for 8 years. It is widely known and discussed that you don't go to Lake Lanier. Much of the town and people drowned when it was dammed and flooded. Underneath the lake are buildings and cemeteries as well. It's almost a joke today when someone dies. Spring and summer are the season when people start dying. Locals often shake their heads and wonder why people are still going there. We should honor the lives of the black Americans that lost their lives due to horrible actions by the white people who destroyed their lives.
If no one survived the party, who told the story about how it all happened?
I lived in Hall County GA most of my young life near Lake Lanier and this is the first time hearing any if this! Other than the Town under water, that's true. But nothing sinister about it though
I think the second clip with the TV might not even be a ghost. My third theory could be a hacker playing a prank. It's not unusual for hackers to do that, after all we have seen you cover hackers tapping into baby monitors.
1st is very dodgy, the movement of the object, the camera angled and the way he react to the fire like he is expecting it. 2nd is easy to do its called a remote control. 3rd ah yes the potato camera, but you can see clearly the 2nd woman is modern, a t-shirt with a print on the middle and the sleeves, this probably a snap photo using a potato camera and theres people standing there, since its a potato the refresh rate barely keep up the snap and made this look. 4th interesting stories. 5th not much of a info here.
I went down to Edinburgh vaults and took a photo, put my phone in my pocket and left. When we came out my screen was shattered 😢

The one where the cross goes up in flames seems to be fake, only because when the gentleman asks to do something in the room, he aims the camera straight to the tabe, instead of standing further back to get the WHOLE ROOM incase something moves something/anything in there. But instead he aims straight to that table. Just my opinion/my thoughts.

The people with the TV need to SWITCH TVS and see if it still occurs. I’m pretty sure it’s a problem with the set or wiring.
Finally someplace that is actually close to me, very close actually. I live about 8 minutes from Lake Lanier. Been there a few times but never felt or seen anything, I am a bit skeptical. It’s a big lake that gets visitors from all over Georgia and the surrounding states so I just believe what others say that more people equals more accidents. I will have to go there at night though like you said.

I've watched quite a few of the videos on mellowb1rd's channel and it has a feeling that is more believable than most (in my opinion). You'd need a lot of fishing wire getting tangled up to throw stuff in all the directions in his kitchen! Then again, I don't know how to do such things and the truth is usually a lot more boring. The thing that's worrying however, is a paranormal phenomena that begins fires - this video was one I hadn't seen - and something setting fires like that is extremely dangerous. I wonder how you approach an insurance company if a fire happens in such a way?😳 No doubt, they'll find an excuse not to make the pay out!

@@layneholton4874 that's what I'm curious about too. I imagine they'll say it was more likely that it was done on purpose (I just always think the worst of insurance companies 🤷🏻♀️😄). I can't imagine the claim form asking "have you experienced paranormal incidents of fire in the past?" What I'd also like to know is are you in danger of being in trouble for something like attempted insurance fraud or arson in strange cases like this?

Why are so many towns chosen to be flooded? I don't understand the purpose of it. It's eerie to think that there's buildings and cars somewhere at the bottom of those waters.

Why did he focus on the table after saying "can you do something in this room I'm in"? If you see the cross is in the middle of the frame of the camera. That to me is very interesting. To me this is very much staged and all planned out. Something to think about.
Mellowbird was one of the cases that helped convince me ghosts are real.
Pretty sure he's a fake. I've heard he wont let paranormal investigators into his home ,and there's some footage showing dubious content.

1st and 2nd videos are just too easy to fake. Inside, in a controlled environment with the camera stopping and starting , I can think of a few ways of pulling those stunts. And I've never claimed to live in a haunted house or try to turn a buck from video.

Hey man... At 6:50 you notice the nice patterns in shrubbery around the lake...This happens to dead bodies if left long enough... They have grown on top of a giant.... Right on top of it.... I'm not 100% sure but it looks like some clothing or a weapon maybe or some sort of accessory that said Giant was wearing..giants get cold too... I'm sure if you looked in that lake you would see it....whatever it was under water.... But Yeah.... All this and it's right under the noses of billions... The damn things are Everywhere..
