@@r.arulkumar7349 agreed. Development should be equally distributed. But only tamilnadu has an equally distributed state like that in india compared to all other states. Can you name state with 5 major cities? Airports. Harbor? Tourist spots? In smart city plan tamilnadu as most number of cities included. No other state is close to that. Next major cities they can look for is coimbatore and madurai. Already few tech companies are there in CBE. And metro plans are in the budget. Salem and vellore have an tech hub planned. Chennai is lagging behind bangalore, mumbai , kolkata, Ahmedabad but guys like envy anything happening to chennai . And most of all you lack common sense, in south and east there are many agricultural lands . Mumbai has three 3+ stadiums , even karnataka is focusing more on bangalore , gujarat also . The difference between rural and urban is pollution . Chennai is always welcoming people because of this so much pollution everywhere . The price of food is more , the rent is more ,there is no quality air . In what sense chennai is better . Coimbatore , salem all have the same life quality . Cm also announced there will sports academy all over Tamilnadu for every constituency . And don't worry about the stadium 😂 , govt will provide free accomodation to players from all districts , so you don't need to worry. And don't have hatred against your own state 😂 because of baseless arguments .If every district is made to chennai then there will be no madurai , kanyakumari , or any delta region . Yes, when my family decided to return after 7 years from US during the pandemic wave 1, we were looking for the best city to settle in India (air, noise pollution free, traffic free, low cost of living, good schools, all year pleasant weather) and finally narrowed down to Hosur, as virus spreads are very high in congested apartments within Bangalore and for the same price we could get a spacious luxury villa in hosur.. with hybrid work being the future, hosur got immense potential, provided govt makes it more resident friendly with infra like Chennai...

Hosur Airport and Aviation Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul Operations( MRO) in Hosur have made it famous among the GCAA aviators from UAE flying aircrafts to Hosur for aircraft painting works in the MRO.
Forget about airport and railways; what about water and pollution and roadways. I think these three factors are the most important focus points that the government should take up. At present what we can say throughout Hosur is just 'unruly' development. In the name of development, people are just going like crazy to build houses and layouts. Water: Just about twenty years ago, water used to be not this bad. But today TDS value of Hosur's ground water is so high. For instance, Every household is dealing with salty pipelines that needs to be acid-cleaned once in six months. This is because the water table has gone very low due to high usage and thus has caused the TDS increase. If this continues, Hosur's ground water will be undrinkable in just another 5 years. What are the plans from the government to supply good water to Hosur residents? Hogenakkal water? Cauvery water? I dont see this happening. Further, the water canals throughout the town, that carries waste water are all clogged by garbage and plastic and house-wastes and construction debris. How will the waste water flow to the destined lake or collection area? If this trend continues, they will start overflowing and garbage will be found everywhere - on the roads, pathways, market place, shopping areas; which is already happening. What is the action by municipality to streamline waste management? How are people going to be disciplined in the way they discard waste? Roadways: With this rate of development, how are roadways going to be developed? Even the roads that are busiest the entire day are full of potholes, patchwork and poorly laid speed breakers that can only cause accidents. The ESI ring road for example is still risky to take during nights. What about the narrow roads and lanes in the main shopping area of the city near the Gandhi statue? Is there any strict regulations happening to manage the traffic there? No..!! Is this what is development? When are we going to wake up? We are already late and caused enough damage. We should be acting soon. We should be learning from other better managed cities like Chandigarh, Ahmedabad, Mysore, Kochi or our own Pondicherry or Trichy. Otherwise, the city will become unmanageable in another decade

Still could understand what Deccan herald is pointing. There are so many people across Hosur to say why Hosur isn't an Industrial City?. Tamilnadu is ruled by fools always. So they bring up all stupidity to this city. In fact Hosur is still in it's infancy stages. Hosur can never be a big city just because it connects Chennai and Bangalore. Even now people are very innocent and undeveloped. Old Hosur is nothing but a big slum. Keeping such a big slum in its backyard, government is making people to lose their human rights. The lady who spoke in the video just mention the chandramukhi lake. However lakes across Hosur has been encroached and killed. And organisation like HOSTIA is nothing more than a caste lobby they don't know what is Hosur and what are the infrastructure Hosur needs. Hosur isn't just place for industries, it's a flora fauna and its diversified animal habitat has been really neglected and even Tamilnadu government is unable to gauge and has forgotten to save it. Ecological sensitive Hosur has been destroyed already. No stupid is talking about such things in Hosur, especially like VelMurugan and that another fellow Durai. Hosur called as little England is losing its charm , just because of political greediness, corporates conspiracy, and for real estate Mafia. Hosur people never elected people representatives rather they always elected stupids. Hosur MLA doesn't have even small understanding of civic issues. He cannot even represent his ideas in assembly, because he doesn't speak proper Tamil. And MP of Krishnagiri constituency is a big Jester. Has done nothing for his constituency, he doesn't know what to do for this constituency because he isn't from Krishnagiri. People are looking for his address. Of course we need not talk about politics here in Tamilnadu because it is Dravidian politics which is nothing but idiocracy. Jharkhand government stopped constructing an airport which is 60 km far from Jamshedpur. Because the forest which is 60 km from Jamshedpur homes for hundreds of elephants. Even in Hosur there are so many elephants and the City Hosur comes under " elephant corridor", forest is in the vicinity of the city, Hosur has highest number of Man- animal conflict cases in this part of the Earth, but Tamilnadu government has done nothing for this. People are against acquiring 3000 acres. And so called industrial stupids idiots speak about industries, investments. Then who is going to save elephants in this part of India. Agriculture is a thriving industry in Krishnagiri district and nearby Hosur agriculture lands are being acquired for Tata's and other corporates. How many Hosur young people they have given employment? Labour department should speak up. Forest department has failed to speak on behalf of elephants. Industrial department should show the statistics that how many industrial plots are still empty in SIPCOT. Deccan herald should speak up with the real people in Hosur, who really represent Hosur? Nobody knows what sort of social activity Durai has done in Hosur? and he himself claims that he is the president of all welfare association's in Hosur? Hostia isn't a government representative to say that it creates 1 lakh employment. Hostia is just a caste lobby. So this entire video is a conspiracy against Hosur. Just because Bangalore has died, nobody has the right to kill Hosur. People are against industrialisation in Hosur. Entire story is one sided, and unfair, the reporter must have been still deeper into Hosur. Once again I say this is a propaganda.

Tamil Nadu government should focus on this city being very near to Bangalore- building an airport is already on plan, infrastructure needs to be top priority, also promoting IT industries could be thought of.
Yes Hosur is Kannada based name.. It was changed from Sevidapaadi to Hosur in Vijayanagara rule around 350 years back.. Sevidappadi is Directly connected with the chozla emperor built Chandra choodeswarar mount temple..

Hosur is developing very fast. Very soon it will become a full-time alternative for people living in Bengaluru. No doubt in that.
It's a like a satellite town for bengaluru though people majorly come here for business and there many kannadigas and telugu residing there and many raw materials for manufacturing come from hosur itself technically it's a point where three communities are mixed up .
Hosur is developing because of great city bangalore.

I pity for your ignorance.
Hosur was already an industrial hub.
When Ashok leyland and TVS setup factory Bangalore did even had one
What about Ramnagara or Mandya ?
You might not know this but bangalore itself developed because of hosur and now the favour is being returned because of proximity. Both are sister cities in different states thats all.
Hosur is developed because TITAN has setup the plant way back in 1980's
What hosur needs is a rrts to Bengaluru. Just like Noida, Gurgaon and Delhi will be connected, Hosur, Bangalore and Tumkur should be connected

Like tidel park.
Then what is being expected? More than this from the government.
Only after 15 years we can reap the benefits of the seeds which we sow in now.
@@r.arulkumar7349 First my question have you visited chennai ? If so have you visited bangalore , mumbai , Ahmedabad . Most of the north states have so much development gap between capital and rural. But in tamilnadu it is not much of difference . And chennai is the capital of tamilnadu . More than 1 cr + people residing in chennai that is 20% of tamilnadu population . Then whole tamilnadu become a factory.
Tamil Nadu is literally the only state with many independent cities with good development, people like you should travel to other states before opening your mouth and i'm not vouching for any political party, simply TN is the best.
Hosur was beautiful but,in the name of development Hosur is highly polluted and the climate is completely changed. Hosur already reached saturation point in development future development will lead to lead to crisis of water , and most of farmers will be loosing their lands and cost of living will be very high.

Then why GOI choose Tirupati and Chennai instead of Hosur

Rofl kannadigas and their delusions 🤣history of sipcot and manufacturing industries in hosur is older than IT history of Banglore 🤣🤣🤣 if hosur is developed because of Banglore then why on the earth chikaballapura, kolar isn't developed despite being nearer to Banglore 🤣🤣🤣🤣 kannadigas don't care about ktaka cities other than Banglore but claim the success of neighbors 2 tier cities 🤣🤣

So, what's the challenging part?? It's goood things for the hosur region to build. Grap the business but Govt. Must act quick.
If you make Madurai as an industrial city, population explosion will be controlled in Hosur by next 20 years due to unwanted migration.
Most people don't know there is a river and lakes in Hosur and sipcat 1 which are polluted and destroying forest new like anekal forest,
Great. But pls take care of environment while developing. Greenery will be beneficial in the development. Best of luck 👍
Hosur grown just because it is beside Bengaluru.
Then what about chikaballapura, kolar ?
It is not challenging Bangalore. It never can. It will just be a satellite town like Noida or Gurgaon.
There is no need for an city to competet with another city. It will bring unwanted population and cost of living hikes. Let hosur be an livable and affordable city.
Karnataka needs rrts system for all the city's in karnataka.. An metro need to reach all the low income area's .
Tamilnadu, tamil people city. But every language people r residing here. Proud tamilan. Tamilan welcomes all. But dont mess up with us.

TN Government has planned to acquire 3,000 acres of land around Hosur for Sipcots.
Set up a city development authority for Hosur.
Planned a new bus station near perandapalli
*HOSUR* 🤩🔥
The British built parts of Chennai are good. The Wodeyars built great cities in Karnataka. Those were also built by Indians. The British only provided blueprints. Hampi was a blueprint made by Indians.
Why can't Indians built working and beautiful cities now? If you don't have the money, then simply leave space for sewage lines, sewage treatment plants, garbage recycling, water, transformer farm, etc.
FYI.. Hosur is bordering to bengaluru city 😂...
So it's obvious surrounding areas will atract development.. Mainly manufacturing industries
Then why didn't chikaballapura didn't attack development like hosur
