Lakeland reminds me of the first time I visited Pre-Disney Orlando back in 1970,Orange Groves and moderate traffic on I-4 as far as the eye can see then!

Born in raised in Lakeland.The real estate is becoming unaffordable for most of the locals.Even me making $31.20 per hour with very low DTI and high credit score.
Naturally things will adjust.
LAKELAND is where I was born and raised
EVERYONE HAS RUINED LAKELAND BY MOVING HERE...
TRAFFIC is horrendous
COST OF LAND astronomical
I would say Lakeland is better than ever. Traffic is bad yes but that is everywhere in Florida.
