If Damina is attacking his fellow preachers teaching, then he has a problem. Ministry is like school, you can't argue with what your friend has been studying, only exams will tell who was studying better. So even in ministry, we don't have rights to attack any minister's teaching not until when JESUS comes. Judgement will be the final say of everyone, if damina is focusing to his fellow men of God ministries then will consider him fake. JESUS said stay away from anything you see it's not from God. The Bible never says the right way of giving is giving upward. GNT Proverbs 22:16 If you make gifts to rich people or oppress the poor to get rich, you will become poor yourself. Many of these preachers are not preaching from the Bible anymore. Jesus encourages giving to the poor, but these preachers encourage giving to the rich if you want to be rich. There many false prophet and teachers already
