Canggu is definitely worth a visit, especially if you’re into chill vibes, beautiful beaches, and great cafes! 🌅☕ Perfect for a quick, fun getaway to soak up Bali’s relaxed energy. ✨
It is so good to see you relaxed, happy and confident on traveling again! Love the video and the impressions on changgu. Greetings from Berlin, Germany! ❤
Hello Phoebe! Love you too! ❤❤❤ Soooo happy to see the excitement, happiness & smile on your face when you are in Bali. Looking forward to your next video next week. 🤗😘
Never been to Canggu, always stay in Legian. We find it central. But totally agree that the sunsets in Bali are magical and that view across the ocean is amazing. About 24 weeks till I'm back in Bali. Till next week.
Hi Phoebe. We just skipped through a number of your videos. Was great to see how fellow Vloggers look at similar parts of Bali through a different lens. I recall you being inspiration for us when we started, and still the same. Loved it - keep up the great work, Sam and Mich.
I remember you getting so sick in Bali last time. So glad you avoided that this time. The sunset looks lovely. Yes you have grown in confidence so much the last 18 months. You are inspiring. Love ya 🩷
@@travelforphoebe oh yes you are radiantly glowing, you have learnt to stand up for yourself way more and living authentically you. You are way more confident on your own now.
Hiya! Love that elemental breakfast concept to chose your own bowl. That itinerary for morning activities and relax after lunch is basically what I do all the time in the Caribbean. Those cold lemonade drinks are so good, much better than what we sell in Europe. Seems there’s markets everywhere and a bit overcrowded. Being close to the beach in a tropical destination is a must. If possible oceanview room! I’ve seen you growing into the solo travel and I admire your confidence. Thanks for sharing your Canggu experience and have a great week ahead 🤙
Yeah, of course it's worth visiting and also safe setting.I know a UA-camr from Jordan, now has more than 12 million subscribers,,who has visited Bali in the last few years,so incredible ❤.
Hi there Phoebe. Another great video! First things first. Yourself and a vlogger called Paddy Doyle but mainly yourself have completely changed my life. Watched all your videos and the videos after and including the break up video have really inspired me. I remember you highlighting sections of the book “yourself the mountain” and that really hit home. So where is this leading? Well I’m selling my house and everything I own in the Uk and becoming a travel vlogger and author. Currently in the process of buying all my equipment, mainly all dji, including drones and a 360. I’ve no kids, no girlfriend or wife, no pets even so it was an easy decision to make. I’m winding my bathroom company down and currently learning how to edit. I hope my videos with be as good and inspirational as yours!
That’s so exciting! I’m so happy for you - it sounds like you’re at the start of something wonderful ☺️🙏🏼 wishing you all the best on this new journey!
Phoebe you have that glow back. Canggu has a lot going on. We liked the many shops. loved our massages, the food and most of all the sunsets. It looks like you enjoyed it too. Our favorite place would be Ubud. It is so chill to our taste and liking, easier to get around. As always, a great video with great tips. Sending you much love❤ from Harriet and Jim in Castelo Branco, Portugal right now.
I love the scent of the forest as well. I have worked as a bush firefighter in America for 34 years and I always wear cedar, pine, black spruce oils and other earthy oils. To keep mosquitoes away, which we have plenty of, I wear natures shield which has: Rosemary, clove Bud, lemon, eucalyptus and cinnamon bark. You can also buy a mixture called Thief which has the same oils as mentioned above and it does keep the mosquitoes away.
Thank you my love 🥰 I’ve been trying to get my nervous system back on track. I think feeling so tense and being stuck in fight or flight every day in India got my system all messed up! It’s nice to be able to tell my body to relax again and to feel safe ♥️
So glad to see that you're at ease now in this episode after your trip to India. I can see you're back fully enjoying every single thing and that you're having your guards down and feeling safe. Much love ❤️
If anyone is going to Ubud, I highly recommend staying at Desa Visesa Ubud. This accommodation was just fabulous. The grounds were incredible and the staff was out of this world. They have so many amenities that we didn’t have time to explore, but the restaurants and stay were so amazing.
I love watching your videos. Whenever I feel burnout and depressed I just watch your videos and your sweet expressions of hapiness makes me giggle and by the way you are a phenomenal natural vlogger . ❤❤ I have a request for you whenever you visit India, specifically jaipur Or udaipur please do tell me just wanted to meet you and I assure I will not ask you a photo😂😂 . Hi Phoebe, great video. I am going to Bali in October, and I am looking forward to going to Canggu. Phoebe: This was clearly a good idea on your part after what happened to you in India: go to a familiar place where you know the vibe and you know you'll be alright. A great place to recharge and, I suppose, heal the damage done by those bad people in India to your heart and soul. Based on the smile and sparkle, it looks like it worked for you. I think I also saw in the comments that the new style for the vlog is the result of you showing yet more courage--working to create your vlogs with a new editor. As a fellow "crazy" self-employed person, I can seriously respect all the emotions involved with the decision to share the responsibilities with someone else. You can't beat a Wise card Phoebe. 0.7% or 70 rupiah from the interbank rate. I used to take thousands of AUD to Bali and change it, but not any more. 😊
I remember your last trip to Bali where you got food poisoning so bad you ended up in the hospital. That helped me plan for Bali, I went and didn't get sick. No street food, rigorous hand sanitizing after touching everything especially money and making sure I only used bottled water for everything. I didn't even wash my face with tap water or open my mouth in the shower 😂. I stayed at the Apurva Kempinski, ate most of my dinners at their hotel and when I was out I ate packaged snacks and drank coconut water.
U missed out on awesome street food in Bali. If it cooked and served hot, it's OK. And yes, only bottled water for brushing teeth and drinking. I've been twice and never got sick.
You look very beautiful, your hair is even more lovely, your smile is even nicer and your videos are even better than you because you make very lovely videos, we love your video❤❤❤❤❤❤
Hi Phoebe, I am deeply sorry and saddened to hear about your experience in India. Please know that such incidents are taken very seriously here. A foreigner recently faced similar harassment and was able to file an FIR, leading to swift action by the Indian Police. I assure you that our laws are strict regarding sexual harassment. I kindly suggest reaching out to the Australian embassy in India; they can assist you in filing an FIR. Take care.

Lovely video
@@TRTravels I missed out on nothing, I had delicious food that I enjoyed.

Hi Phoebe,
I am deeply sorry and saddened to hear about your experience in India.
Take care.

Nice vlogs
Thank you 😊
If you love traffic, paying western prices and being surrounded by young hipsters, canggu is the best place in Bali. Otherwise, everywhere else in Bali is better.
way too overhyped but definitely an experience to learn from and remember! lol
