Yes, eating meat is extremely toxic for the mind, body, and soul. And there is NO such thing as "humane" killing of animals ... that's all propaganda and marketing to keep people eating animals. This so-called "doctor" is promoting cruelty to animals, unsustainable environmental practices, and human gluttony just so he can make a few bucks off of being a UA-camr. Not cool.

At 8:01 about the vegan diet, it's not true that it needs to be very carefully designed. The reason why these problems can happen is when people use refined oils and fats like butter and olive oil. It's also not true that on a vegan diet you won't get a large amount of protein. That's again only true if you get lots of calories from oils and fats or refined carbs (sugar).
You'll guaranteed to get a lot more protein on a vegan diet than on a standard Western diet where a far fraction of the calories comes from oils and fats, there is absolutely no need for protein shakes. For example, I get 170 grams of protein on an almost 100% plant-based diet, even though I only weigh 53 kg. If I subtract the amount I get from eating small amounts of fish, it would still be 150 grams of protein.
Another thing that's misleading is the suggestion that high quality protein is better. That's only true of you are going to eat small amounts. If instead of 170 grams of protein, you are going to get only 80 grams, then it becomes important that most of tis gets absorbed and that the amino acids are in the right proportion. The reason why this is not so good for health compared to eating a lot more protein that then doesn't get absorbed as well, is that in total you will still absorb more, also the much larger amounts that don't get absorbed in the small intestines will be food for the microbiome.
Now, it is true that not eating refined oils and fats and not eating sugar may be too hard for people in the beginning, because the volume of the food you need to eat will go up enormously. It can take up to two years to get used to eating an oil-free diet. Your intestines do need a lot of time to get used to the much larger volumes of food, they also need to grow a much larger and much more diverse microbiome, which takes many months to a few years, not a few weeks.
So, what can and unfortunately does happen quite frequently, is that vegans fall into the trap of eating a diet that contains significant amounts of oils and sugar, making their diet deficient due to the empty calories in there. They then need to gradually reduce the amount of oils in their diet. They may have had bad experiences trying to do without, thinking that their bodies can't tolerate not using oil. But that's a problem just like not being able to run a marathon straightaway when starting to become physically fit and taking up running.

meat must be a staple in the diet. plants are problematic, most of them. tree plants like fruits are ok or avocados and some others. roots, leaves, nightshades are a problem. you can use them for emergencies maybe because they are so antimicrobial or antibiotic like garlic but you dont want to eat things like garlic and onions so much and all the time. or nightshades like bell peppers. albeit herbs smell nice but if your body has a reaction like producing phlegm after you eat, that's an allergic reaction to take seriously.

Because my family is vegetarian, we have chickens, all named and loved as family members. They live out their full lives here from chick to well into old age. We have many who are eight years old now and only lay one egg a month. We don’t mind. We love each and every one of them.
We travel seven hours six times a year to buy their 100% organic feed, comprised of wheat, oats, field peas, barley, black oil sunflower seeds, kelp, brewer’s yeast, sesame seeds and flaxseeds. I either sprout or ferment their grains, peas and seeds to amplify the nutritional value.
They get all of our garden and permaculture scraps, grapes from the lower branches of our vineyard and all fruit that falls from the branches in the orchards.
I even planted gardens specifically for the chickens with all the foods they love. Amaranth is so beautiful and when they glower and go to seed, the chickens go nuts! Mammoth sunflowers! How they enjoy those seeds in the fall. Kale is by far their favorite! They always have a fresh supply of all sorts of kales, spinach, Swiss chard and bok choy! Cucumbers! In the summer, they can eat 50 cucumbers a day! Thank God we grow a TON of highly-productive cucumbers on cattle panel hoops in their garden. Cherry tomatoes galore! They love ‘em.
To watch them frolic in our farm is such a joy! And they KNOW they have no threat of being killed for food by us or predators. We have four guardian dogs who love and protect them until they wander home to their safe house at night.
