So happy to find your UA-cam! I found you when we were planning to move to your city. Like most people these days, it's a struggle just to get by, but hopefully things will turn around and I'll be able to schedule a visit. God bless your work!
Thank you so much! Please let me know if I can help.
Love your kitchen! I’m just starting my carnivore journey and UA-cam logarithm had me landing here.
That is awesome! Thank you!
Hi! Yes! I had corned beef, eggs and bacon for dinner. Corned beef cooked in a crock pot Saturday….soooo good! Brisket is one of my favorite cuts of beef….
Sounds great! We love brisket too!
Thank you again for great advice I love bread pasta being Italian but I am trying to eat a lot of keto breads tortillas and just eat smarter Do you eat veggies?
Hi! That’s great! We do eat some veggies but not a lot. Right now we have some fresh vegetables from one of our staff member garden and they are delicious. We also will eat sauerkraut, pickles, cauliflower, cabbage and broccoli on occasion. In most cases we also add lots of fat like butter and protein like bacon and eggs to our vegetable concoctions.
Ask anyone raising livestock how you fatten an animal up (as I dump in corn to the pig feeder, sweet feed to the steer, and pellets made of corn/wheat/soybeans to the chickens. Even the rabbit pellets have grains of sorts added to them). You want lean meat, give the animals grass. You want them fatty, give them "whole grain".
Yes and somehow those same foods aren’t supposed to make humans fat? Crazy.
Please tell me how i can get information about how i can get bio identical hormones, Thank You ❣️
You can try using the provider directory on Worldlinkmedical.com. If you don’t have any luck there shoot us a message and let us know what state you are in so we can try to help you out.

@@Jovonne73ok so my official answer is to do whatever your healthcare provider recommends. However if it was me I would rather address the underlying food addiction, lifestyle choices, food choices etc that address the issues rather than put a band aid on them. Also keep in mind that if you come off of the drug you will most likely put all of the weight back on and then some. Extreme dieting (ozwmpic driven) will cause you to lose muscle as well as fat. When you go off the drug and begin to eat again you will most likely put on fat but not regain the muscle. This in effect makes you less metabolically healthy and probably worse off than when you started.
PS you’re physician will probably not agree🤷🤷♀️🤷♂️
@@teresamealythw I have so much distrust in my GP TBH
What about heart disease, mostly arterial.
Yes high sugar and insulin contributes to cardiovascular disease.
