Fun, difficult transitions. The beginning sequence was not a traditional way to start which is why I love your practices. I enjoyed this start. Thanks for the practice!
Hey Nicole I absolutely loveeee your classes! I haven’t been able to stop taking them and they have helped improve my practice so much! Thank you for bringing you wonderful service and light to this world ❤
I found this channel about two months ago and have since subscribed because I love your content so much. I must say: I really enjoyed this practice! I'd love to see longer practices filled with content geared toward strength-building much like this flow! I crave more challenging and unconventional transitions like this :)
I love your style and flows so much. I follow a lot of yoga instructors on here and your definitely in my top 3 favorites. I really appreciate you sharing these with us on here. Would you be willing to add some 35-45 minute flows that guide into the advanced arm balances and inversions here on UA-cam?
Love your classes so much! I really appreciate how different your flows and transitions are. They keep me present since I can' never guess where you're going to take us next!
time and time again i find myself coming back to this practice! i find it to be the perfect balance between strength and mindfulness that leaves me feeling amazing every time! thank you so much for this
Love your classes! Am trying to improve my backbends with arms over head reaching my foot in various poses, so would love some classes with that focus. Thanks for everything x
Wow! This was a perfect blend of challenge and flow and soooo creative! Love it! I appreciate these shorter sessions so that I can build up to the longer ones. Thank you!
Hey Nicole! I enjoyed this class so much! It took me back to a year ago when I found your channel and started practicing at home every day. Feel so inspired again!! There's something special about your flows - they are challenging but so pleasurable a the same time. I'd be happy to watch any classes of yours, especially longer ones :)
Nicole, thank you so much, your flows are always so much fun! Scary, but really fun lol I say scary because there is always a point where there is like a difficult plank rotation or sequence that really tests my strength, and I immediately have this pre-programmed, conditioned anxiety response, and you know what? I can ALWAYS do it! It's kind of why I love your pacing, I am moving too fluidly to allow myself to give in to that fear. I think I have commented this before: but your flows ALWAYS allow me to discover and play with where I am at, and I always leave my mat feeling victorious because damn, I just did that. Just like that *finger snap :) Namaste!
Thanks Nicole! I've been practicing with you and I feel so proud I have developed my equilibrium and strength so much in the last months with your videos 💗 you're the best!
Woah! I can't believe I'm just discovering you. This is the type of class I've been yearning for. Strenuous and somewhat challenging, but not out of reach for a new to intermediate yoga doer.
Thank you for a great flow, Nicole! I'm a beginner and felt like I was able to challenge myself with this short practice. I'd love to see more 30ish minute flows and I'll definitely play this one again.
13/1/23 challenging but steady. A perfect balance of strength 😅, effort 💪🏾 and playfulness 😄. I didn't manage 1 leg chaturanga with leg twist, I was wobbly 🐱 in high side plank hand to toe hold but enjoyed plow stretch to fwd fold, need to work on crow pose. I can't ask for more. My evening 🌆 made. Thanks Nicole for sharing your knowledge on the mat 🙌🏾😻😇🔝💪🏾🤸🏾♀️🙏🏾
Thank you so much Nicole! I loved this flow. I’ve been doing your videos since COVID and I love them! Looking forward to the Kula meditation coming up in January. 💕
I did this class yesterday and felt the need to come back to tell you... I actually am sore in my core! haha Thank you so much for this nice flow, very appreciated you took the time to film and bring this to us 💗
Notes for self: starts in FF; moderate flowy pace; good core work; fig4 DD; side plank big-toe-hold. Easy on low back. Good after cardio Difficulty: 3/5 Enjoyability: 5/5
I am loving your videos! I have been doing Breathe and Flow videos for over a year now and recently started to really dive into your archive ! A question for a future Q&A.... generally, how many hours of yoga do you practice a day? 🧘🏻
This is certainly not a sequence for after you’ve just completed a hiit with weights workout. 🥵 I will come back to this one another day lol. I love that your flows are so challenging and this is not my first time here so I should have known better than to think I could handle this directly after another workout 😅
Hey Nicole, I love love love your classes! You are a very talented instructor! Are you only posting in the Kula these days? Just checking. I'm so glad you're doing so well with all of that!
Hi from South Africa! 🇿🇦 Loving your channel. Is there any chance of incorporating a handstand workshop (as in, how to get up - and stay up! 😅) into one of your flow classes? Thank you,

I love your innovative & creative linking of the asanas - Thank You
only paused the video five times, for the rest it went well, (like it when it is above my level, so thank you for this video)
First time with you, fun if at times impossible sequence, but great pace kept me from dwelling on limitations.
This is such a fun, challenging flow. Thank you, Nicole♡

What about an active splits routine? Not just passive stretching but say a routine for easy head kicks in taekwondo
You always kick my ass , but I appreciate it so so much x thank you
