Hey, Wyatt! GREAT forethought on your design. Great advice and yet another great video. Keep up the good work, Brother! Be careful, stay safe, stay healthy!
@@wyattslawnservice7212 I'm sure it will! Lot's of folks out there that want to mod or just fix up their vehicles without spending crazy money on after market parts.
Wyatt's lawn service business is good but would’ve been better if we weren’t on lockdown here In Michigan till April 13. My phone is int ringing as usual so I hope it booms till all this is done with!
Oh I forgot about that! Don't you guys have to wait until April 30th now? I think it was the 13th. Then delayed to the 30th. And they are considering another delay 😬
Wyatt's lawn service as far as I know April 13, our governor hasn’t mentioned anything till the end of this month, but if it is that won’t be good! At least make us essential.
Brocaroni & Cheese, lovin da DIY videos Homes! The 6:26 mark I thought you were gonna use Echo saw to cut plasctic🤦♂️😂👍. Great video Bud. Hoping all is well, Dirty Jersey out!!
This is sort of a rubbery plastic. Rubber is more prone to dryrot, and it hold it's form to stay away from the tires. Therefore it could definitely cause issue when there is snow and ice buildup compared to these
@@wyattslawnservice7212 Well sorry to hear that as long as you have your health you will be good. You will recover from that as I hope every body does. Take care

Nice work, Brother! I think you sold me on the ABS instead of a more flexible material... Appreciate you! Keep it up! 🤙
Looks great Wyatt. What a deal, great finished product!
Thanks man! Appreciate it! I hope this will help someone out at some point :)
Get a plow to do some snow removal. Be a great set up for the residential market and make you money year round
Good solid video 👍
Those turned out really nice. Did you use the 1/8 inch or the 1/4 inch thick plastic sheet?
Hi great video, what is the thickness of the abs plastic you used?
A+ like and subd. Cant wait to see what you do.
That truck looks Bada**! 😎😎
Haha thanks bud!👊 How's Business going for you out there? Are you in lockdown as well?

I hope so for you guys. I signed the petition. Anything that might help 🤷
What thickness abs did you use ?
Great job Wyatt! looks really good.
Thanks bud!🙌
Great! well done video Wyatt 😎 Nice job 👍
Thanks guys!🙌
Great Job!!! I would have used something more flexible, for offroading purposes. But very nice!!

Haha I didn't catch the saw being there while filming or editing!🤣 Good catch Mikey!😂👊
Looks good
Man your smoking it! That truck is looking is a boss!!!
Are you an essential business in PA? Landscaping is in Illinois.
Haha thanks bud! And yessir I am thankgoodness :)
good job buddy. always great to be creative.
Where are your more recent videos? I enjoy the work you do.
Nice work Wyatt!
Thanks man 👍👊
Good job and saved money to boot
Yessir! 💪 Thanks for watching 😊
Plastic, that's interesting. Curious to see how they hold up in the weather, and if there's noise when you drive.
No noise when driving. And it's abs plastic. So the cold doesn't make it brittle.
Very good job , Mate. Keep it up , Boy. What is the thickness , please.... ???
1/16" I believe. And thanks 😊
Is 1/8" or 1/4" thin??
15/16ths
I don’t know about that…. Guess you got to weight the situation out…. Few stone chips or adding 20 new holes to your truck body…..
1/8th or 1/16th thickness abs?
Wow the job end very well, definitely great skills 💪
Great job
What is the benefit for using a plastic compound instead of a rubber compound.
This is sort of a rubbery plastic. Rubber is more prone to dryrot, and it hold it's form to stay away from the tires. Therefore it could definitely cause issue when there is snow and ice buildup compared to these
Alright good to know.
Great job.
Thanks man!🙌
How do they hold up and what state do you live in ?. (Weather reasons)
Looks good man.
Thanks bro!🙌
Pretty good man!
Thanks bud :) how are y'all making out down there with everything that's going on? I'm hoping your still having and awesome start to the season bro 💪
What thickness is this ABS plastic?
That's what I was wondering. Looks like 1/4
For $20 a sheet I'd bet it 1/8".
1/4" is almost double that price
What thickness your abs sheet ? 😏😎
1/8"
Great job good video as always..Just wondered are you essential or non. Hope you can work take care.
I'm considered essential. However, that hasn't helped much. Lost almost 33% of my business so far. And not really any mulch or spring cleanups to do
@@wyattslawnservice7212 Well sorry to hear that as long as you have your health you will be good. You will recover from that as I hope every body does. Take care
That's something I keep telling myself. There are a lot of other people in the same boat or worse. So I should be greatful for what I have :)

drilling the metal wont make it rust after a while ?
My trucks aluminum. I wouldn't drill a steel truck body
Little dab of paint with some clear coat spray will help with rust
rust at self tapping screws.
Hey
Hey bud
definitely ABS is NOT the right material for mud flaps, will quickly fall off
Who the f&$@ would self tap a hole in a steel or aluminum panel for mud flaps. Rot and corrosion with start immediately!!!!
That how the shops like ziebart and Monro install them.
Self-tapping screws? DUDE!!! You will have rust... At least use rivnuts/nuserts made from 5-series stainless.
No sir haha. My trucks aluminum. And I forget what compound the screws are but they won't make the aluminum corrode either
I talks like Elmer Fudd lol
Don't make me beat you
Great job
