For the U like 2 and 3 from 5 bar it has a deeper meaning.
U is the symbol for Uranium which has an atomic weight of 238. U235 is an isotope of uranium, but also if you take 2,3,5, 238, 235, and since U is the 21st letter of the alphabet...
Add an multiply all those numbers then divide them by 21, for U and you get

I'm not sure if the Jason Todd thing was on purpose but U235 is used in nuclear bombs for nuclear fission and he split up the 2 and 3 and 5.

"Who never learned to love his bomb" was also a reference to the cult classic movie "Dr Strangelove: Or How I Learned To Stop Worrying & Love The Bomb"
Which could then be a slight nod to "Doctor Strange" that bar's on multiple levels
That is probably Thanos' single best line for that reason, it's the one line that has really good depth and levels to it. "You should have gone for the head" was also good.
But really Oppenheimer just destroyed Thanos with his first line and never let up. "Born to Eternals but your own mother tried to make you a temporary" was fire, and "looked at you and swiped left" was almost needlessly cruel.

I personally absolutely love the fact that during the "butt butt butt chin" line with each "butt" Oppenheimer is slowly raising his eyes to the screen, like he actually gets interested in this battle instead of absently looking away like he did before
It's not that he's not interested, more like rraumatised. Apparently he was like that in interviews after the bombs, not looking at the camera... and ERB felt it would be more intense to have someone like that suddenly looking right at you.

I think they were specifically trying to portray the MCU Thanos and purposefully made him focused in flexing on his opponents.
Edit: I also really loved the graphic behind Oppenheimer during his 2nd verse. The nuclear explosion and the way the smoke enveloped. Then he snaps right as he is swallowed by the flame of his own creation. I interpreted as a metaphor of him being devoured by his own sin and regret. Simply beautiful.

"Terra" means Earth in Latin, so he's basically calling him Earthling.

and line right before it is a line about how Thanos is obsessed with the personification of Death but she's after Deadpool

The periodic symbol for Uranium is U and the isotope type of Uranium used in the atom bombs was Uranium-235 and I guess the splitting from 2 and 3 from 5 was just a nod at the Uranium splitting to create nuclear fission.

I just love how any Doctor Strangelove reference inherently connects to the name Doctor Strange, tying the nuclear theme of Oppenheimer to yet another Marvel character. And Terran is just the way aliens in the MCU describe humans by the planet we're from (Terra, or "Earth"as we know it), not by our race or species.
I haven't seen one person mention the bar "I am become deaf" From his speech, "I am become Death."
The whole quote pretty much sums up how he felt about nukes too.

@Please a lot of people are unaware of Oppenheimer in the first place, and even more so his quotations. Look into the Trinity project, it was quite the feat. 3 full sized cities, all top secret, with thousands of people working to build the Atom Bomb, with Oppenheimer heading it.

While watching your reaction, I realized something about this battle, that's Very deep and nerdy. In the comics, one of the main reasons Thanos keeps losing despite being as powerful as he is, is he is self-sabotaging. He secretly doesn't actually want to win, pretty much. ERB, in making his bars so much weaker, seems to be embracing that.

well ERB isn’t Hollywood, so you can’t really blame them. Pennywise is easier to do than Thanos, especially because Thanos is mostly CGI

Honestly, you are one of my favourite youtubers that I watch right now.
Honestly this is what I really like about ERB and watching reactions to them. The “U from 2 and 3 from 5” bar is subtle enough to not be obvious but still give enough information to be figured out. I could tell the U was referring to Uranium and so the number were obviously either a nod to an isotope he worked with or maybe the atomic weight but either way it encourages people to look it up and learn something from a badass battle rap.
