Thank you. I have a 2006 Ford Escape with this and several other issues including power steering leaking from somewhere under the hood, (this week I found out that model I have required transmission fluid containing dexron as opposed to the stop-leak automatic transmission fluid that the people at AutoZone recommend. The break line needs the air flushed out. The transmission fluid needs replaced as well as a leak taken care of, a fuel pump, and fuel filter replacement, new battery and new alternator. And of course oil, and oil filter change. I know nothing about car maintenance I'm so glad for UA-cam and a great friend who is going to show me how to do this stuff one thing at a time. Thanks Charles
@@BIGWILLSCARCARE thank you I have hit the subscribe button. I loved how you explained the steps as well as the video angles being clear view of what you were doing. Keep it up and one day your page might become to automotive repair what Leah of See Jane Drill is to home repair. I'm so happy UA-cam created a platform where not only can the common person learn anything but also lets people who can explain and demonstrate in the best way have a chance to rise up and perhaps create a more knowledgeable public.
Using a size 6pk 2275 belt? im using a Bando 6pk 2300(for my 2005 2300cc 4cyl Escape). A bit of twitter when idle and AC on. Like to use the Ford Motorcraft L336 belt which seems to be size 6pk2290
@mrcaribe95 if you go to your UA-cam app you can go to settings and language to select the language you want. Thanks for watching please Like, Share and Subscribe if you haven't already
I'll try your instructions now.. But Do I have to tighten Tensioner Bolt 🔩 after placing Belt into place correctly? Your video just showed you moving tensioner before & after replacing belts..
@dan brien you don't have to unless it moved. You can put a mark on it just in case it moves you will know. Thanks for watching please Like, Share and Subscribe if you haven't already
I need help!! I was doing some work on my 2012 ford escape and had to take the belts off. Next day I'm trying to put the belts back on and it is completely tight when I have it wrapped around everything except the idle pulley, there is absolutely no slack and the belt can't even stretch halfway down the pulley even when I use the tensioner
@papeleria yeriel I don't have the number on hand but Rock Auto or Amazon you can find it. Thanks for watching please Like and Subscribe if you haven't already
@Hero The Great no you can't unless you have spaghetti hands and fingers. Lol. The bottom is the best way. Thanks for watching please Like and Subscribe if you haven't already

How much will this cost to get fixed?
Maybe a hour labor and parts at your local shop most likely under$200. Thanks for watching please Like, Share and Subscribe if you haven't already
