I put a deposit down on a 2024 Rav4 XSE hybrid. Toyota sells them with lots of PIO (port installed options) that the dealer cannot remove. A few of my PIOs are: paint protection film, cargo mats, mud flaps, blackout emblems, roof rack cross bars, and first aid kit. Fortunately most of this stuff is what I wanted. The dealer tried hard to sell me an appearance protection package for $3100 that I declined. My Rav4 comes with the advanced technology package #4 so it's loaded. The price is $44,672. With sales tax, license, the out the door price is $49,777. My dealer does not add a "market adjustment", or fee added to the MSRP.
The problem is these are not the prices on the lot, for instance an XLE premium all wheel drive where I live is selling at $37,900 not the $34,275 you quoted. They have a limited here and they want $41,200 not the $38,180 you also quoted.
The prices seem so good to you because you’ve been sticker shocked by the outrageous prices of the new tacomas! Don’t worry, if Toyota comes out with a new generation RAV4 for 2025, Toyota will probably tack on another 10 grand to the sticker price of each new trim level., like they did to the new tacos…

Depends on location, add-ons and the dealer.
There have been complaints with Toyota dealerships adding thousandssss of dollars in dealer fees to sticker price

Pretty good pricing for Rav 4.
