Thank u so much Dr Bri this was awesome meditation for me ever .god bless u akways ❤🙏 explaining meaning full about our body 🙏🌸 Can u please advise on exercises for posterior pelvic tilt . I been suffering please ❤🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Actually I refuse to forgive my body for failing me because I definitely deserved better, and I would have to abandon all self love and self respect in order to forgive it for what it’s done to me through no fault of my own.
It's understandable to feel frustrated and even angry when dealing with health issues that affect your quality of life. However, it's important to remember that your body is not intentionally causing you harm. It's simply experiencing challenges that many people face, and it's not a reflection of your worth as a person. Self-love and self-respect are crucial, even in difficult times. Finding ways to navigate and cope with your feelings while seeking support and treatment can be empowering steps toward healing and acceptance.
@@vibrantpelvichealth I do love and respect myself, which is why I can't love and respect my body, because it's become my prison and my torturer. To love it would be exactly the same as loving an abusive husband or a murderer. Definitely not a sign of self respect!
