The laser instructions state that you definitely shouldn't use it on tattoos.

Guess I saved myself money because I was gonna buy this but I don’t wanna risk it not working on my skin tone 🤷🏾♀️
I reached out to ask them even more info about why it wouldn’t work and they mentioned that with this specific device when using it on deeper, more melanin skin tones the light can become confused with the hair follicle and could potentially cause adverse effects. Even Darius was so interested in trying it when I had first got it but then we were like never mind, we’re not about to risk it lol

This is actually the case for laser businesses as well. I’ve been turned from all of the centers in my area.
I’m about 5 shades lighter than you with very dark hair and this product did not work for me I followed the instructions to the T I used it on multiple parts of my body for 7 months total on level 5 and once it recommended to stop using the product weekly to once a month my hair started growing just as thick and dark as before I started using it.I regret not starting off with professional laser I ended up going to SEV Laser and it’s amazing.

I used the Kenzie on my legs for the first time and got a 1st degree burn all over my legs
That’s so unfortunate 😩 I’ve heard different experiences just like with anything though. It just depends on your skins sensitivity, how it was used, if you were exposed to sun prior or maybe it just didn’t work for your skin type! Luckily so far i haven’t experienced any burns or anything at all really 🤞🏽
Marie Jay I haven’t had any skin exposure and I prep like the box said to I’m also in the color palate they recommend. Yea Idk if I got a damage unit or what because I wasn’t expecting to get a first degree burns all over my legs

That def one of the cons about it, maybe a few shades deeper than my skin tone but then from there they don’t recommend
@@Vv-md4nf That's interesting because I read on a similar site that it's more difficult on very blonde fair hair, but better on dark skin.
Does it get rid of strawberry bumps?
yessss, I have a different brand from a different company but it’s the same exact device and it took my strawberry bumps/spots away within the first couple times!
last karma I’m the same complexion as her and use this as well. It does get rid of the strawberry bumps but in my case it has left faint white spots on my legs in place of the strawberry bumps . They don’t bother me but it’s something to keep in mind
I definitely helps to reduce them like the others said! It pretty much helps with texture, bumps and of course less hair growth.
I always had smooth skin and out of no where I've got Keratosis-pilaris aka🍓bumps on my legs arm's and on top of my breast. I use the Scrub KP Duty and the moisturizer & it's removed a lot but I want to get this laser tool to see if it removes the hair that's on some part's.

@@deadgirl7197 I am dark and I searched all over for a product for my skin tone and I found the Silk'n Infinity. I just got it yesterday. I started last night with my legs.
According to some research that I did, the Silk'n Infinity has the technology for people with a deeper skin tone. It costs more but I am hoping that it will be worth it. It was delivered and I started on my legs so I'm hoping that it works.
Never received my kenzzi and they refuse to give me a refund. DON’T SHOP KENZZI. You’re gonna get robbed.
