was briefly just in Florence a few weeks ago and unfortunately didn't have time to stop at a lot of spots. thanks for this video and since I rubbed the boar's nose I will be back to hopefully check out some of these spots!

The “Florentino” is always in excess of a kilogram, (2.2 lbs.), it is a great steak. The Sangiovese grape is the primary Tuscan grape making Chianti. Florence, (Firenze), is totally walkable. He talked about the Medici family and the Uffizi. The Uffizi was an administration center. Uffizi means “office”. It got to a point of collecting so much that it ceased being an office becoming a museum. I love Florence. I can’t wait to return.

Don't know about that. Budellino is owned by a local wine maker. Trattoria Sant Agostino has survived floods and is full by people who love good food. Hotel Guadagni has oodles of charm and is such a cool vibe. We totally stand by this awesome tour.
