I tried Haus Labs in Sephora and found my ideal shade, because the shades that are cool/pink actually ARE cool/pink, and not orange/peach like most "cool" tones are, AND the pale shades are pale enough! Your review is most useful to me, though, because you mention it covers redness around your nose. I really like all of them for different occasions. But I ALWAYS use a color corrector first. It makes my pits of despair looks less dark. There is a Sisley one I like as well - the one in plastic squeeze tube. I don’t have the Tarte Radiant; I don’t have the original or the creamy either - too thick!

I’m intrigued by the Surratt concealer. When I run out of my Dior I’ll most likely buy it. I don’t really like the sponge top. So, like I do with other sponge tops, I’ll pull it off. Works just as well with less waste and much more sanitary! ❤️❤️❤️

Hi Rebecca - that was an amazing video and so appreciated!! If I ever need a new concealer I think I will also try Haus as I have the same under eye issues as you (can you hear the music?). . . . but for now I'm trying to get through my Dior Forever and that thing is as big as a foundation! I also have a Milk Makeup one but the smell of that one puts me off - not fragranced, just weird. One question not sure if you will know - do you have the regular Chanel concealer (not Sublimage), I'm wondering where that stacks up - I know it's an older one so maybe that formula is old school now, but I always think Chanel does it best lol. . . but I could be way off. I have been thinking about repurchasing that, but that dang Dior just won't die hahaha.
I WANT to love the Dior. I LOVE the consistency. It's SO medium consistency. But...I just...no matter HOW I pile it on, there's not enough coverage. And, you're right, it's like self refilling. haha. I used to have the Chanel concealer AGES ago and I remember really liking it but, my gosh, my memory doesn't serve on that one. I think you'd like Haus for the DPoD (cue sound effects)
This was great. I am a self proclaimed makeup junkie with a vanity and huge collection to go with. However I CAN'T put down the Chanel Sublimage concealer concealer. I love playing chemist and even mix in others with it like The Mario, lancome, older mufe. But I'm always looking for the next best thing and trying to decide between gucci and tower 28. I can't believe I'm half way through the Chanel . (Never finished anything lol) it's unbelievable on my mature under eyes. Btw, I loved the Gucci on your under eyes.
My only issue with the Chanel is that I prefer a doe foot. But it’s delightful. I do agree. I think skincare and concealers are the only things I run through and actually need to replace
My under eyes are the bane of my existence....I've tried far too many concealers and none I have liked....I recently got the Chanel sublimage cream foundation and since then have been toying with the idea of trying the concealer. ..but buying that and not liking it would be devastating! Lol
This video is exactly what I needed, thank you! Your concealer spectrum is the best and I reference it all the time! 🙌 A similar video on color correctors would be super helpful and much appreciated. As my skin is changing, I've been struggling to find the right hydrating concealers and color correctors. I feel like I just keep wasting money. Hearing your reviews would definitely be helpful. As another future video idea, could you walk through the concealers (and possibly correctors) and include long-time popular brands like Dior and Nars? It's most helpful to hear how the new concealers compare to older ones-and get your thoughts on the market best for discoloration and fine lines. Thank you for all the time and effort that you put into creating content!
Hi Rebecca! Thank your very much for investing in these 13 recently-released concealers in order to post a thorough review of each. Of course, I now intend to purchase the HausLabs concealer. Thanks again! Excellent video.
Great information on each concealer. Tower28 is my ride or die, but after seeing this I’m wanting to try haus labs. Thank you so much for all your hard work and truthful comments.
Great video Rebecca! Sorry for watching it late! I’m wondering how HouseLabs or any other new concealers that you like compares to Tom Ford stick concealer? It has been my holy grail for the last few months - even Sisley lost it’s glory to it. I like that it has coverage and pretty much undetectable under the eyes. Wondering if there are any contenders here 😊.
Hello!!! You’re not late at all. Not at all. That Tom Ford concealer IS a very good one. Oddly some of the potted are the best comparison because of the texture. Maybe the Chanel sublimage but that’s even pricier than Tom ford.
Great review! And yes, correctors next, please! …. Any opinion on Givenchy Prisme Libre? Maybe just a tad older than six months-I tried to get it in the last Sephora sale and my shade was sold out.
Yes. Probably 8 months ago? Beautiful. Totally middle of the middle in thickness. Builds beautifully. Covers better than nothing but doesn’t hold a candle to this new group which really covers so well.
You looked so gorgeous!❤ I would wear the Valentino and Huda as skin tints in the gross NYC August weather. I am really excited to get the Haus Labs concealer! I am adding a moratorium on concealer since I just found a Too Faced concealer that I completley forgot I bought! I have been using the Dior or Urban Decay ones so religiously the last few months that the others in my collection have been neglected. I found my Too Faced concealer casually chilling in my container of foundation. 😅 I have to see if I have other ones in there. I saved this video because it is just so comprehensive and helpful! Thank you as always for all you do❤
Haha! The Too Faced was waving a flag at you, “Hey! I’m here!!” There’s just so many to try. But I def am able to get to them all because I use up concealer for sure.
I have the original Shape Tape and i do not find it to be thick at all. Thats why i like it. It covers well and it spreads so effortlessly, in my opinion. Too creamy of a formula is just going to allow for more creasing, which is why i do not do serum concealers. I used Estee Lauder double wear concealer for years but im just not loving it anymore. I really liked Revlon's Candid concealer but it got discontinued so there's that. Next on my list is the Haus Labs and the Live Tinted concealer.
It’s kind of in between Natasha and Haus labs but it doesn’t cover as well. It’s just an older formula and they didn’t do as well as whatever it is that’s been in the labs these past six months. It’s a good good concealer. Definitely. But it’s not as good as these.
You out did yourself with this video!! Superb😊😊. I just rebought the Lancome, but haven’t used so maybe return and try one of these. I did buy the Nars pot thinking it was a brightener to go on top of concealer. Thanks for all the research and time you put into this. Yes a corrector video would be wonderful!
I don’t love the Nars over concealer. Maybe over corrector? But there’s so many good ones now. And I do like the Lancome but I think some of these are better. Thank you so much for your kind words!!
Which one would you suggest for coverage but without accentuating fine lines or texture. I don’t love to powder over either ! Fabulous video thank you ❤
I like the Natasha one, I have RN1 and it is really nice and brightening for me. And it is light enough for my skintone and my dry skin but not too cool or warm. Perfection. I use it with the newest Hourglass foundation in 2.5 . It works great together.
Thank you so much… you covered really everything about concealer that you can ask. I love Chanel but use sparingly. I really like the Nars; don’t mind in a pot and covers and you don’t detect it. I was thinking about Gucci or Surratt ( really thinking about their foundation but want to wait and use some other foundations up that I have. Maybe if they ever do a sale.) But I’m thinking of trying Haus Lab
This is such a video to watch back and back, thanks so much Rebecca, super good!!!🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 Don't know all brands/concealers, tried the Gucci recently, ok, but bit dry. The Hauslabs i last week at the American site, cannot find it here, and it must be wonder stuff!!! Have a great day, dear Rebecca!!!😘😘😘😘😘😘
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty googled that word, google says: prohibited, no authorisation for, smuggled 😂 But without kidding, a concealer is so personal, everybody has a different skintype i think, that is also why i see so many different reactions from UA-camrs and followers here. But i love to get help with this, this is such a video to watch back!!!😘😘😘😘😘😘
Rebecca!! What an AWESOME video! You are so very detailed you truly have went above and beyond with this video!!! I am loving the Tarte concealer, I feel like if I had gotten a darker color in the ND one I would have enjoyed it much more, as I get older I truly like a thinner consistency like the Kosas and Tarte. Thank you for being you 🎉❤ Edit: now I feel I need to try the Chanel 😂
AMY! My thoughts on the Chanel....don't do it. Why? First of all, this new slew of concealer formulas are SO good. Secondly, it's potted and I think that's a pain. Thirdly, none of us need to fall in love with a $95 concealer because, unlike eyeshadow, concealer runs out and needs to be replaced and that will have you remortgaging your home soon.
What an excellent video!! Ive mentioned this before but concealer is my least favourite irem as ive tried so many and none work for me so ive gone to using only colour corrector now. Ive actually been using the Chantecaille gel foundation in a ligter shade as a concealer! My underyes are very dry and textured....i was very intrugued by the Haus Labs and was surprised when i saw it was one of the thicker formuals...so now im wondering.....but i would like to try ONE more time at finding the right concealer for me...even if its the Chanel sublimage!!!!
@@NotFitforPrintBeautyoh that Chanel. It is worth every single penny! HG for me. And, I don’t buy expensive skincare like CdP, Sisley etc. But, this concealer is just great under my eyes. I tried the Tarte radiant in store, and it seemed too creamy. However, they put a way too light shade on me. So, not sure, maybe I’ll try again, and I’ll try the ND. Haus Labs got mixed reviews. Wonder if it’s drying. Their foundation samples worked well on me though.
Loved the video! I’ve wanted to try Haus Labs foundation and concealer but find their shades confusing and hard to pick online. Would love to see a companion of concealers to the Chanel Sublimage one to find one close to that but not quite as pricey!
PS. I like Natasha Donona, Bobby Brown, Huda (Faux Filter) Mac Pro...probably a few more!! I got sucked into the Pat McGrath hype and purchased Bronzer (beautiful Honey Nude?) and Concealer(ugh) 😢! I purchased it online as a bundle, so it was a great price; but way too HEAVY for me and wrong shade!!!😢😢😂 Lesson learned- go get shade matched and ask an expert before you buy!!😂😂😂😂 And a similar color corrector video would be great!!!🎉🎉🎉
Hi beautiful! I have an affiliate link question, so if I click on one of yours, then watch another video and click on their's how do we make sure that we are using your link? Is it the type of thing where if we fill up our cart, come back, use one of your links, then it goes to you? I'm so confused! Sometimes I just open Sephora off the website not using a link just want to make sure that you get my commission :) HELP! those pesky tech questions
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty well I have an ungodly amount in my basket so you may notice if it takes. I'll come back to this video in the morning and use of your links to products to log in to Sephora :)
Thanks so much for the review of all of the concealer releases. AND, a colour corrector video would be fantastic. Would you be able to recommend a concealer that can be used instead of a foundation. I want to go natural but still need some coverage and even toned skin for the rest of my makeup application. Any tips would be much appreciated.
I am so interested in the Surrat Dew Drop concealer and foundation but I am so nervous having to order online! We are pretty close in tone I think. So I’m leaning towards the foundation in 6 and concealer in 5? They do look so much darker online than when you tried them. I match well with the Dior Forever Matte foundation in 3C and the Givenchy Prisma Libre concealer and foundation in N250. Any suggestions? Or recommendations from anyone?
Ok. I'm 2.5 in the Dior. Gotta check my Givenchy but I think it's a tad lighter than yours. I am a STRAIGHT perfect 6 in the Dew Drop foundation. But the concealers run SO SO SO light. The three and the four are dramatically too light on me. So I'd be a 5 or even a six!!!
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty Got my order. Love the foundation, 6 was perfect. But so disappointed in the concealer. As you say maybe it’s because I don’t like the consistency but find it dry and the shade 5 is awful for me. It’s very deep bright yellow/gold Don’t think you’d like it.
I have repurchased the Charlotte concealer 4 times since it launched last year. It’s just so good. I also love the Tom Ford stick concealer that came out this year. I really need to try Surrat. I have never tried anything from that brand and that needs to change. I also want the Gucci but I know it’s 90% because of the packaging.
They just released another one the Lancome skincare and glow concealer..lol it's concealer craziness, I wonder if all these brands got together and said we are all gonna release a concealer at the same time . Did u see the new ND pallet leak ? It's the xenon midi , I didn't know the actual mini xenon was that popular, I remember a few people reviewing it and complaining then nothing more about it really . Did u get the Givenachy concealer? I thought that one was 6 months it came out with the YSL right before. I got the wrong shade so I hate it also got the wrong shade in the ND cause her shades are so confusing and the N looked grey so I got Y 7 hate it , I like the It cosmetics it's pretty nice I got the Tarte illuminate it's ok , my problem is the brands swatches and color discription online and when I get shades an off undertone or too too light I end up hating them . U did a great job on this video .
Every time I started imagining putting together this video, I would wait because I would hear about another new concealer coming. And I always, with these sort of things, realize that I have to just do it because there’s always something new on the horizon. That being said, of course I’m frustrated that I did not get to include it. Ha ha. Yes. I saw The Natasha Denona supposed leak. It’s got to be Purposeful. Yes, I wasn’t that interested in the mini. Maybe that’s why they’re doing a bigger better version? She either needs to figure out who in the world is leaking everything or stop using this as a marketing ploy. Or maybe both ha ha
Hi Rebecca! I am currently using and loving, ND & Haus Labs both in a light peach color-I find I really love both of them- in the dark pits of despair that I have, I like the Haus Labs because it’s staying power/coverage is a bit better, but overall, both are really good. ❤ Thanks for all your hard work❤ PS: I’ve always wanted to try that Chanel $95 one because I”ve heard it was best…but I just cannot… unless it’s going to give me an under-eye lift, too.
This video helped because I have hollow under eye crevices, no matter what I put under them after 5 mins the outline is there. Under eye power makes them look dried out 😆 and hiding redness on my face with my neutral undertones is hard too. I’ve just started using the shisedo concealer - pretty good. CT beautiful skin - waste of time. Kosas - pretty good. Glossier stretch - good for light make up, will crease tho. Am looking forward to trying the Haus Labs next, your video was so helpful!. Also love the look of Gucci (packaging 😍) but reminds me of CT beautiful skin so not sure on that one. Brilliant video, thank you!
I totally forgot all the concealers I have and enjoy 😅 The Huda Glowish great for light days along with Tarte Radiant, for more full coverage but still lightweight is the KVD which I enjoy but Natasha Denona is great too. So many good ones yet I want to try them all. I have oily skin but dehydrated so I prefer more creamy hydrating formulas like the Tarte Ultra Creamy for example. So trying to decide which ones to try next 🤔
I love the Nars stick concealer and I love the color corrector also. It is lighter than medium. I would say the heaviest that light gets before we get into medium consistency. So it’s lighter or around where Surratt and Gucci are
@@NotFitforPrintBeautyhow does the tower compare to the dior skin correct? As I find dior doesn’t cover creases and I don’t like it, I’m tied between tower/Anastasia/Haus labs 😢 help ❤❤
The Dior Skin Correct is a lovely formula but, frankly, covers nothing, in my opinion. So I agree with you entirely. The Tower and the Haus are the two best of the three you mentioned. Tower is thinner in consistency but good coverage. Haus is the thickest in consistency between those two and also best coverage of all mentioned. Blends well but is a bit thicker. Doesn't cake tho.I like a thin consistency but the Haus is still my go to for coverage since it doesn't cake.@@1989Channy
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty have you ever used the synchro skin by shiseido? It’s my usual go to. Just deciding if it needs replacing with the Haus or tower 😅
I tried the Haus Labs concealer and feel that (like basically all water-based liquid concealers) it does make the wrinkles (especially in my eye area) look a lot worse. I will say that it's not irritating and seems to work okay as an eyelid primer though. I still want to try the Tower 28 and Makeup by Mario ones, but in general, I think that sticking with ones that are more creamy has been a much better strategy for me as I have gotten older.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty Both the Tarte and the ND concealers contain fragrance, and I have never encountered any product with synthetic fragrance that has not irritated my skin. I did think the Tarte Sea concealer was not too bad - I need to try that one on again.
Color corrector video would be great. I have dark pits of despair also!! Yay genetics for me. “You look tired!” If I have no concealer on. 😞
Same thing. It’s definitely genetics. And I probably do look tired because I am ha ha ha

I am a self proclaimed makeup junkie 😂 ditto lol!
My only issue with the Chanel is that I prefer a doe foot. But it’s delightful. I do agree. I think skincare and concealers are the only things I run through and actually need to replace
me too! late 30s and chanel sublimage is my favourite!! I've tried them all...
My under eyes are the bane of my existence....I've tried far too many concealers and none I have liked....I recently got the Chanel sublimage cream foundation and since then have been toying with the idea of trying the concealer. ..but buying that and not liking it would be devastating! Lol

i love watching you Rebecca, and thank you for your review
I’m lucky to have you here, Cristina!!
What a lovely comment. Thank you so very much. And I definitely agree that I need to do a video that has not just new products but also tried and true
Hi Rebecca! Thank your very much for investing in these 13 recently-released concealers in order to post a thorough review of each. Of course, I now intend to purchase the HausLabs concealer. Thanks again! Excellent video.
Thank you so much for being here for it! I am really pleased with the Haus Labs. I think it kind of strikes the perfect balance
What a great video, tons of helpful information here!!
Thank you so very much, Tonya!!
Wow! You covered everything I wouldn’t have even thought about! 😂 I’m sure this was a ton of work and it’s SO appreciated! Thanks, Rebecca!! 🥰😘

Great information on each concealer. Tower28 is my ride or die, but after seeing this I’m wanting to try haus labs. Thank you so much for all your hard work and truthful comments.
I’m so grateful to have you here for it!!
Fantastic review! My favorite reviewer YOU
Janet!!! You’re such a joy!
I'd like to know your favorite concealers of all time, old and new. This was a very interesting video though!
Hello lovely Lisa! I’d say Armani power fabric, Tarte radiant, Gucci and Haus. The new ones are unbeatable. The technology is catching up.
Thank you, this is so helpful.

Outstanding video!!!! Thank you xx
Thank YOU for being here!
Can you do color correctors next?
Loved this.
Thanks for posting this.
Yay! It’s in the works!
Have you tried the FitGlow concealer? It’s not new but I’ve heard good things about it!
No but I have heard very good things. I’ll need to try it.
Fabulous video, Rebecca!! So loved!! 😍 I must say you turned me onto Armani Power Fabric, and it's my HG! Thank you!!
I am SO happy to hear that!!!! It's a GREAT concealer!!!
Thank you for this video, and the great breakdown and detail of each. I appreciate it.
Thank you for always being such a strong sense of support for me. I’m greatly appreciative.
Hi what’s your all time favorite ride or die concealer? Would love to know!!
It’s probably Haus labs. But this Fenty is awfully good. Before these new innovations in concealers I was always an Armani power fabric girl
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty Thanks!
You looked so gorgeous!❤
I would wear the Valentino and Huda as skin tints in the gross NYC August weather.
Wonderfull explanation!! Thank you so much Rebeca !! 😘😘

@@NotFitforPrintBeauty 😍😍😍
I have the original Shape Tape and i do not find it to be thick at all. Thats why i like it. It covers well and it spreads so effortlessly, in my opinion. Too creamy of a formula is just going to allow for more creasing, which is why i do not do serum concealers. I used Estee Lauder double wear concealer for years but im just not loving it anymore. I really liked Revlon's Candid concealer but it got discontinued so there's that. Next on my list is the Haus Labs and the Live Tinted concealer.
I hear so many great things about live tinted.
Yeah🎉🎉🎉. Waiting for this ❤
Hello Nicole!!!
How does the Haus labs compare to the Huda, Tower 28, and Glossier?
As for a concealer? Make sure you stay to the end because I definitely go into it in detail but I just think it’s the best coverage
Thank you so much! My only question, where would you put Hourglass on your spectrum? How close is it to ND or House Labs for instance?

I’ll return the Lancome and try the Haus. That seems to be middle of the road.
It's a tad thick but don't think anything of that as it blends like a dream. @@screaming60s5
Which one would you suggest for coverage but without accentuating fine lines or texture. I don’t love to powder over either ! Fabulous video thank you ❤
It’s got to be between Haus, slightly thicker but still medium or T28/Gucci (so similar), great coverage while remaining paper thin.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty thank you
I never use the term “Holy Grail”. I am using it now, today… Because the new Haus Labs concealer is legit my new Holy Grail. So good!
Right??!!
I like the Natasha one, I have RN1 and it is really nice and brightening for me. And it is light enough for my skintone and my dry skin but not too cool or warm. Perfection. I use it with the newest Hourglass foundation in 2.5 . It works great together.
Oooo, yes, it’s very pretty with the Hourglass
Great video! How does the Gucci concealer compare to the hourglass one in terms of consistency and coverage?
Gucci a bit thinner BUT better coverage!!!
Great video Rebecca ! Thank you ! I wear the SURRAT 4 but being hesitant regarding the Gucci shade… what shade do you recommand as we are twin shade
My Gucci shades are perfect but that Surratt 4 is too light on me. Like WAY too light.
Haus foundation with the concealer is so good!
On the Surratt did you put shade 3 on your arm? Is it that light? What color works best for you?
That was 3 on my arm. The outside shot shows 3 and 4. Both too light. I’m 5 or even 6!
i’m still looking for the best concealer for my asian skin (yellow undertone). a lot are just too pink. any suggestions?
Have you tried either the Charlotte Tilbury beautiful skin more than Natasha Denona?
no i haven’t. will look them up. thanks 🙏🏼

Edit: now I feel I need to try the Chanel 😂

My underyes are very dry and textured....i was very intrugued by the Haus Labs and was surprised when i saw it was one of the thicker formuals...so now im wondering.....but i would like to try ONE more time at finding the right concealer for me...even if its the Chanel sublimage!!!!
It might just indeed be the Chanel. Darn it. Or Natasha or Tarte radiant are very creamy.
@@janicecroissiert9116 I wonder if you’d like Haus. Most sublimage devotees won’t budge tho!
Loved the video! I’ve wanted to try Haus Labs foundation and concealer but find their shades confusing and hard to pick online. Would love to see a companion of concealers to the Chanel Sublimage one to find one close to that but not quite as pricey!
I need to think on that one. It’s potted so it would seem that it needs to also be potted to compare. Hmmm
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty Maybe just focus on concealers for mature eyes or Sublimage dupes/alternatives? Like most, I prefer tubes rather than pots.

Gucci much thinner than the Charlotte. Quicker to cover with less build up needed. I think you might really like it. I understand your struggle!!!
I feel like I get to try a lot also because I do run thru them. Concealer and skincare are often empty.
Where would you put nars in the concealer spectrum?
I love the Nars stick concealer and I love the color corrector also. It is lighter than medium. I would say the heaviest that light gets before we get into medium consistency. So it’s lighter or around where Surratt and Gucci are
