I am 38 and my skin is pretty "normal" with no dryness or particular oily areas. I do have early signs of aging like fine lines/texture, as well as some sun damage and REDNESS!
I don't use fake tan, but I get very tan naturally in the summer as I have an olive undertone so my face is often a LOT lighter than my body, because I keep my face very well protected to keep my melasma under control and signs of aging at bay!

I’m 45 with dark circles and hollows and dry under eyes and lines. I hated this so much I returned it. My darkness was well covered but I looked so much worse. My under eyes looked so dry and I looked so much older. I tried a few different techniques using less product but nothing could make it work. I prefer the new Tower 28 and my good old Kosas for my needs. I do think it could work for people with fewer lines and less dry under eyes. Great review as always ❤
Thanks for the information. I love this foundation so ive been really interested in this concealer but I feel like there is just too much of a back and fourth with it from what i hear from people. Down side being, like you said, very drying!
That puts me off as well. The Dior one is the least drying i have found

I’m 71 and the Dior is my holy grail. I have the foundation so am eager to try this but if it’s drying it will be a fail for me. Good to know.

Clicked so fast! I tried it yesterday it self sets and brightens but unfortunately I got some crapeness and dried my under eyes thank you so much Charlotte 💕
Thanks so much for another great review, I'm glad Haus labs are selling in the UK (except the blushes for some bizarre reason). I always mess up shades when there are a lot of shades, while the fewer shades there are, I always pick the right shade. The Huda, Pat and Dior are my three faves as well which I got based on your recommendations, so I trust your reviews the most!

Undereye care is so important. My circles are from thin skin so i use retinaldyhyde from BOJ to build collagen and a caffeine based day cream i also use peptides under eye at nigjt.
Huda is my holy grail.
Second is Givenchy
Ill try Haus but i do use a bit of peach corrector. And Pat McGrath to set. At 62 its the best ii can do without office procedure. Literally had a skincare content creator guess my age and said 40. 😅 my mad methods are working
Thanks for a great review! I found it somewhat difficult to figure out my shade. My shade in her foundation is 100 ( I have fair neutral skin tone) but the website recommended a shade too yellow that was a supposed match to my foundation so I am ordering shade 11 ( one shade lighter than what was recommended) which is what you got! It looks like it will be a Good match for me. Whew!
I'm done with the concealer hunt and have my fave. But love to watch Charlotte anyway 😊

Brilliant and honest review Charlotte as always. I did gasp slightly when you said shade 11 because I have the HLabs L120W and I bought Shade 11 which goes perfectly because being of a certain age (58.5!) brightening concealers rather than shade matches can sometimes accentuate the life lines. However, I was mightily impressed with your blending and in the end thought....wow...that shade could work for you too. It didn't look to bright. Thanks again and have a lovely weekend. Super smiles. I had to go into Sephora to look at the shades. The one that was suggested online was way tooo light. But I love this concealer so much!
I am surprised the Natasha Deanna concealer was not mentioned, I do enjoy that one. Great video, and loved the swatching that you did.
Your skin looks amazing! This is a gorgeous look on you overall. Love this review - while I’m not a shade match for you, I always have the same opinions on foundation, concealers, and powders as you.
Have you tried the Shiseido Synchro Skin Concealer? I like a lot of concealers you do so think you might like it, it’s quite thick, almost moussey which makes it so smoothing on the skin and has great coverage
I bought this for spot concealing rather than undereye/brightening. It's super natural looking. I also have it in 11N (I am much lighter than you but can't wear the Haus foundation due to allergies so not sure what shade I'd be for comparison).
I don't think it spot conceals as well as the NARS Soft Matte concealer, but I can no longer wear that one (again, due to allergies. 😭). It feels comfortable, too, like you said.
I find the packaging kind of odd--you kind of have to use some force to get the wand back in there, and I actually wish more came out on the doe foot. But I'll definitely gladly keep using it.

I've seen reviews of this before, and i remembered there was an ingredient that was an irritant, but I couldn't remember what it was. It's arnica extract. It's pretty far down the list, but I have sensitive skin, so I'm very cautious about checking ingredients in makeup and skincare. Especially in products for the eye area.
For the rest of y'all, YMMV. But I'd suggest buying this somewhere where you can return it (if allowed in your country), and save the original packaging and receipt. Just in case you have a reaction.

I caved in and tried the Haus Labs concealer. I am 48. I actually found it had BETTER coverage than my HG Dior concealer and was NOT any more drying than the Dior. I have normal skin. I'm going to need to try it a few more times, but I may have found a new HG
Looking forward to the round up!!!! Now I have to go hunt down your first opinion on the Pat McGrath and Huda's concealers (I have the Pat McGrath, haven't opened it yet). I really trust your detailed take on products, kinda wanna try it now. Honesty is NOT underrated!!!! See ya soon!
When the Sephora sale comes I need to get a new shade in the foundation because what I have is too yellow and I’ll definitely pick up the concealer!

I love this one, the shade range is a bit challenging in my opinion. I got two shades, which is pretty common for me.
I'm honestly a bit lost on the Haus Labs shades too! I recently went in to store to swatch them and I think the lighting in there is just bad as, no matter which undertone I went for or how fair I went with the shade, every single foundation was just so yellow on me so I could not choose.
I ended up grabbing a concealer in shade 21 which is a great shade for me! But I got a foundation sample of shade 250 which has turned out to be quite dark.
I find both formulas beautiful though, so I can't wait to find the correct shade.
IT Cosmetics Bye Bye Undereye... its the best coverage ever, hydrating too. Its not new but its so good for ageing eyes
Have you tried Cle de Peau concealer? If so, how does it compare to this and your two favorite concealers, not only for the under eyes but also for pinpoint concealing of hyperpigmentation?
I think I'll go with the Gucci. Which concealer do you find has a tightening effect - if at all?

Try shade 14 it’s a bit peachy. And that will cancel out the tones in your discolouration on the under eyes then you don’t need a colour corrector. Neutral and olive tones won’t do that
I have the peach light. Looks awful on my eyes. I ordered the wrong shade 😢I usually wear 2W OR 3W in backstage concealer dior
@@claretodd7024 will be different on everyone’s different undertones and discolouration is you look at
A colour wheel and really look at your under eye colour if it’s purple blue can really make a difference or yellow
Or so on you then have to choose the operative colour on the colour wheel.
For example I have blue and green veins on my wrist so I’m neutral but my under eyes pull blue in the darkness so orange on the colour wheel will correct it. How ever then you take into account depth. So I’m a medium to light so So peach tones work for me. Orange would be too dark and would create more shadow. This is a good way of getting right undertones. Now companies are catering to tones not just depth it’s always good to Find out. Best thing is study a cookout wheel not

I have purchased the wrong shade, too. I'm so disappointed. Can you return to sephora if u have used the concealer to test. I only received this yesterday. I got the peach shade. It's too peach, so it looks bad on my eyes. I watched lots of tik tok videos too. I'm so confused about what shade and still picked the wrong shade 😢

I really don't see brightening ur undereyes looks exactly the same as the rest of your skin it's like you only used one product weather it be concealer or foundation
