എങ്കിൽ ഏറ്റവും വലിയ മണ്ടൻ യേശുക്രിസ്തുവാണ് .
കാരണം ദൈവമായിരുന്നിട്ടും യേശു ക്രിസ്തുവിനു , 40 ദിവസം പ്രായമുള്ളപ്പോൾ നിയമപ്രകാരമുള്ള അനുഷ്ഠാനങ്ങൾക്കായി ശിശുവായ യേശുവിനെ മാതാപിതാക്കൾ ദേവാലയത്തിൽ കൊണ്ടു ചെന്നു .
അങ്ങനെ , സകല ജനതകൾക്കുംവേണ്ടി ദൈവം ഒരുക്കിയിരിക്കുന്ന രക്ഷ ശിമയോൻ തൻ്റെ സ്വന്തം കണ്ണുകൾകൊണ്ട് കണ്ടു .
യേശുവിന് 12 വയസ്സായപ്പോൾ പതിവനുസരിച്ച് മാതാപിതാക്കൾ യേശുവിനെ ജറുസലേം ദേവാലയത്തിൽ പെസഹാ തിരുനാളിന് കൊണ്ടുപോയി .
ദേവാലയത്തിൽ യേശു തൻ്റെ പിതാവിന്റെ കാര്യത്തിൽ വ്യാപൃതനായി .
ഇങ്ങനെ നോക്കിയാൽ യേശു എല്ലാ സാബത്തിലും സിനഗോഗുകളിലോ , യെരുശലേം ദേവാലയത്തിലോ മുടങ്ങാതെ പോയിരുന്നു . അവിടെ കൂടിയിരിക്കുന്നവരെ പഠിപ്പിച്ചുകൊണ്ടിരുന്നു .
