Amazing vlog John!! Hope it all works out for you!! Keep up the fantastic work!!👍🏽
I hope so too!
All those parts I’m sure are going to live again, which is great. Quick and easy way to pull that motor and transmission. 👍
I have fun playing with the big toys at work plus makes it easier to get things done
Good use of the tools at hand! Hopefully when you get to working on your GTO we’ll get to see some videos.
Most definitely going to video the entire process of the GTO, helps document the build and shares more tip and tricks too
Awesome! Love to follow your builds! Plenty of information and motivation to keep going on mine!
@@philipperichard8 glad to hear. that is why I post the videos, trying to save asMany cars as possible is the goal
Once upon a time that was a beautiful car!
Yes it was! Wish it was in a little better shape.
id love to see your process for installing an engine and trans back into a restored car.
That is a good one, completely possible without damage too, great video idea
Picked up a TH400 for my 67 this summer. It was out of a 67 GTO running as the guy put a four speed in his car.
Very cool should be a good one, I took this one apart and second gear clutches are burned up. Totally rebuildable so cleaning it up now and ordered kit.
That Goat has seen 'gooder' days...
lol. Indeed it has.
I see a lot of good parts there, buddy
Definitely enough to make it worth while
Yup....parts can't go wrong with parts
The price was, fair and had most of what I was missing too.
What a great parts car, but could be a project for someone!
If it was a judge definitely try and save, this one will help save my GTO so it will live on in a way
@@VinylVillageGarage Very true, sometimes that's how it goes.
That poor GTO :(
It’s a shame they let it go that bad.
Looking for a 71 GTO or 68 Firebird in same condition with title....let me know if you run into one
Will do!
Too rough for VVG to fix! Definitely a parts car.
As much as I love a challenge it’s just not worth it. Maybe if it was judge.
What are you using all those GTO parts for??? Haha.
🤷♂️😉🤣
I would like to get the frame
The rear section Behind the axle is rusted away and missing sections
I have a nice 69 Lemans custom S I'm thinking of selling. make a great GTO with your parts car. I even have a YS 69 goat motor.
Of the two could make a nice car.
