Great video! I have been using the Folder Structure for years on my Samsung phone that all my apps are organised by categories within one page in the app drawer, arranged by how often I need to access them. I am so glad that I am not the only one organise that way 😁. I keep my home screen clean with just the navigation bar apps so that I can enjoy the wallpaper, and one screen of widgets to the right of the home screen and one screen of Google news to the left. Love being organised! 🙌
Thank you for this! I have ADHD and struggle with keeping things organized. My goal for 2025 is to be organized my Phone, computer, apps/programs I use for business! This was super simple and super helpful!
Lea David recommends: 1. Reviewing and deleting unnecessary apps on your phone. 2. Organizing essential apps into categories or folders based on personal preferences and usage patterns. 3. Considering different organizational methods such as organizing by screen, by folder, by row, or by hierarchy. 4. Utilizing the navigation bar for quick access to important apps. 5. Creating a designated home screen for everyday apps. 6. Selecting clean, abstract wallpapers to reduce distractions on your phone. 7. Using the Folder Widget app for organizing apps on the home screen (with customization options available in the paid version). 8. Changing screen saver and background to clean, abstract images to maintain clarity and focus. 9. Obtaining wallpapers from various sources like apps, the internet, or free stock footage websites. 10. Downloading a specific wallpaper provided by Lea David for viewers who sign up for her newsletter.
I am still very disappointed with app folder/screen management on the iphone. There is no simple easy way to manage 100 apps spread over many screens into folders except for manually dragging them one by one (often difficult to get screens to scroll right or left without overjumping or dropping apps if finger contact gets dropped). There's no easy way on the phone or online or on the desktop to manage iphone app home screens and other screens that I know of.
@@mikahundinI completely agree with you. I have the same problem trying to sort loads of apps. I was hoping the app Lea suggested was going to be the answer but I don’t think it’s available on the App Store. I believe many moons ago you could rearrange apps in iTunes with your iPhone connected to your PC but sadly Apple dropped that facility for some reason.
I love this! I have an iPhone but it still applies. lol I love almost all the approaches to organize the apps! I honestly feel like I might try the one with the folders on the left side of the screen and take the most used out of those folders and put to the right of each folder. The only thing is that I might use more than 1 page because technically I have a lot of categories. Haha Back when I had an iPod touch, I did a page per category. It took me a long time before I put them into folders. lol

Hi Lea. Great ideas on this video but I have to ask was it aimed at Android phones? I have an iPhone and like the idea of sorting apps using ‘Folder Widget’ however although the name appears when you start typing in the search box no such apps appear in the list returned. Is there an iPhone alternative?

Hello from Phoenix, Arizona, you are very pretty! I’m looking forward to listening to this video and learning more about organizing your phone. It’s definitely something I need to do. I’ll also subscribe your channel. Thank you.
My oh so modern iPhone is not capable of organizing the icons freely. Icons are forced into a ten year old logic. Waiting for the upcoming iScreen feature with iPhone 25 Pro Giga Max 😉

How do you separate apps when accidently dropped in tp an unwanted folder
How do you create folders like that on an Android?
You can use a USB cable with your laptop. I have Linux mint. Is there a computer problem that will do that
Not sure what you mean/what your question is?

Hi Joe, thank you very much for your feedback. Greetings back to Arizona, Lea
Yes
💯
You don't show how to moves apps, at least I didn't see it.
Just press them and keep your finger pressed on the respective app until it slightly toggles. Then you can move them around.
