Around 27:50 what that woman says is amazing. This documentary has such strong purpose that I can clearly see what your intention is. I agree with some of the things said here, like meditation is not used to become happy but is used to become more aware of your own thoughts and emotions and in turn that makes it easier to deal with anything that comes your way. It's like you're preparing for a kickboxing tournament but this tournament is your life and you're not training your muscles but your mind to be more aware. Lastly, thanks for this video.

Thank you very much for sharing this illuminating film.
Thanks so much! We're glad you enjoyed it!
I highly recommend the classic chinese novel 'Journey to the west' for a prolonged use of the metaphor 'Monkey of the mind, Horse of the will'
Im not sure how useful its is for meditators but it is a fun and at times beautiful, profound story.
Thank you for sharing.

great video.
A very awesome piece. Great work keep up updating us on such important issues
There were way too many interviews with people from meditating communities. They felt like filler. That being said, I enjoyed this documentary, and I think it was done well.
Due to meditation I am very happy today
Tell me more about your story
The Portuguese subtitles are 10s displaced from the audio, could you please fix that? I really want to send this video to people that don't understand English. Thank you so much for making this documentary available for free, it is wonderful and something very important for mankind.
Great Documentary 🙏🤍
Ohhh, thank you for this
You're so welcome!
I love the ‘ Insight Timer ‘ app ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏
Thank you for making this wonderful documentary. Rejoice 🙏 For your reference, the Chinese subtitle provided is Traditional Chinese but it's written as Chinese (China) 中文(中國), which is mistaken because Simplified Chinese is used in China while Traditional Chinese is used in Taiwan and Hong Kong. Could you kindly correct it? Thank you very much🙏
