My first trip I opened a scientific encyclopedia and read the story of the bike trip from Albert Hoffman's journal...I was blown away by sentence: "A hundred years would not suffice to describe the fullness of experience contained in a single minute."
I watched this during a bad acid trip once and if literally made me feel so happy and less confused and bothered. Albert literally experienced the unknown before all of us and he decided to share it with all of us and save so many. If it wasn't for this man I wouldn't be here. Beyond thankful man

The bicycle trip is on his second LSD trip, in which he took it intentionally for the first time. You might like to know that Hofmann investigated many psychedelics (e.g.mushrooms, salvia, etc) and that he died at 102 years old. I find those bits interesting..
Interesting that LSD was discovered in 1943, when WWII was raging and millions of people were dying on battlefields or being murdered in death camps - the world around Switzerland was a sea of blood and yet this amazing substance arrived on the scene.
