Andor should not meet live-action Hera in season 2. It would be unnecessary fan service, which Tony Gilroy said he refuses to do. I understand the lure of such a cameo, but remember that Andor is so great because it's a fresh show that doesn't rely on the nostalgia-baiting

Andor was fantastic. Easily in my top 3 Star Wars.

I think Andor episodes are difficult to rank because the top episodes would be the payoff episodes (3, 6, 10 and 12) but you don’t have those without the setup episodes. I think you would be better off ranking the mini arcs
@@darthrevan6713 I mean, this may the be unpopular opinion, but I liked episode 9 more than 10. Omg, the ending, and the interrogation and torture scenes!
Ranking episodes would be near impossible because you need previous episodes (or, in some cases, latter episodes) to make it good. I think he should rank the Arcs in TCW.
Here is my ranking: 4. The Book of Boba Fett 3. Obi-Wan Kenobi 2. The Mandalorian 1. Andor I really enjoy all of these shows, but Andor is a cut above the rest. The Book of Boba Fett is the most disappointing one. I was slightly disappointed with Obi-Wan, but it has great elements as well.

4. Boba Fett 3. Obi Wan Kenobi 2. Andor 1. Mandolorian I think tales of the Jedi and Clone Wars the Final Season are the best Disney plus Star Wars content though.
4. Book of Boba - Just bad, weak story, lack of focus 4/10 3. Kenobi - Good moments but a lot of short comings and goofy moments 7/10 2. Andor - Very good, nice refreshing adventure in the Star Wars universe 9/10 1. Mando - Amazing, captures exactly what Star Wars is, it focuses on a new view point but also presents all the things we love 10/10
The sequels are still getting hated on lmao? Those movies WERE written with care, just because you didn't like the decisions in them doesn't change that fact
@@palpatinesboi9549 Yes, I love how Palpatine returned, "somehow". JJ Abrams probably spent those 2 years just thinking about that genius twist. Who would've thought that there wouldn't be an explanation? How about the fact that Palpatine built a massive army, without any materials, money or any good explanation (fuck good explanations, how about ANY explanation)? Speaking about JJ Abrams being such a master in writing, can we admire how TFA doesn't even have an original plot. He must have spent decades just rehashing ANH's plot. You're not serious? I enjoy the Sequels but they, OBJECTIVELY, have terrible writing.
I cant disagree with a thing you said but I just had so much fun with Mando I think it still beats out andor for the number 1 in my opinion. I did super enjoy andor but I think it could have been better if they continued to release it 3 episodes at a time like they did at the start because some weeks I would just get bored but by the climax of the little arc I was all in again.
Hey Mr. Chandler did you see the trailer for violent night? If you did what did you think of it? Another random question do you have a favorite sports team like NFL or soccer?
Your ranking is the exact same as mine. The only difference is, I’m less negative on Obi-Wan Kenobi because I can understand it’s bad things but I still like it for the good parts and the fun things
1. Clone Wars 2. Andor 3. Tales of The Jedi 4. The Mandalorian 5. The Bad Batch (This show was actually so great) 6. Rebels (I can't rewatch this show, but it was great on first watch and amazing storytelling, despite not really being for me) 7. Kenobi (this is where we cross the line into bad) 8. BoBF (Mid) 9. Resistance (Doesn't even belong on the ranking but I suffered through it so I may as well)
Same bobf just felt like another season of mandolorian which I loved but kenobi I just didn’t like mostly because of how bat the plot and cinamatography was
For my ranking: 4. The Book of Boba Fett: Fan service was good that saved this show from being awful into average, but overall this was a huge disappointment that screwed up Boba Fett’s character and a skeptical plot that has no impact. 3. Obi Wan Kenobi: Exciting for the wait, and then it kinda got screwed up with the writing. Should’ve been better if it had more episodes and production value. 2. Andor: Wasn’t interested that much about it, but as I got through watching the whole thing, it surprisingly does it pretty well with interesting ideas that are separate and gives development for the new characters. My only issue about it was the slow pacing. 1. Easily the best show as all the episodes are very adventurous and action-packed. Mando and Grogu’s journey were so fun to watch and honestly both seasons of this show are fantastic as they contribute each character consistently with the storytelling and return of fan-favorites from Clone Wars including the Season 2 finale with Luke!
Don't have much to add, this is a HARD agree. Mandolorian came along and rejuvinated the franchise, Boba Fett and Obi Wan quickly were two steps back and Andor is literally the reason I'm into Star Wars again! Phew.
4. Obiwan 3. Boba fett 2. Mando 1. Andor This would be my list if we are talking personal favorites/enjoyment but If we are talking purely writing quality obiwan and boba fett would switch
I agree with your ranking. I disagree with you saying that OWK and TBOBF would switch if talking about writing quality because OWK is one of the most horribly written big franchise television shows ever made, and TBOBF's is not nearly that bad.
@@palpatinesboi9549 yeah I totally understand that. Trust me she hulk and obiwan fight in my head for the title of worst show I’ve ever all the time. I really hate the choices in every episode of obiwan. I just think it is egregiously bad how they switch from their title character to have entire episodes dedicated to a more interesting character. And none of the episodes surrounding the title character being boba fett are also terrible. But yeah depending on the day I could definitely be convinced obiwans writing is worse
4. Book of boba fett 7/10. I enjoyed it but it was such a mess I can’t rate it any higher 3. Kenobi 7.5/10. Justified it’s existence and captures the charm of true Star Wars at times, but the writing and direction was subpar. Reva is one of the worst written and acted characters that Star Wars has ever produced. 2. Andor 9.2/10. Amazing writing, direction, and some of the best acting in Star Wars. My only criticism is I felt they could’ve covered more ground as far as the plot/storytelling. 1. The Mandalorian 9.4/10 It’s honestly so difficult for me to choose between Andor and Mando. The Mandalorian to me represents everything that a Star Wars movie or show should be in this day and age. It’s not perfect, but it gets damn close.
Andor, even with some of the weak moments, is far superior to the other three shows and I'd love to see Tony G reimagining of Jedi and Sith. No more bad guys marching in a straight line into oblivion. Pew, deflect rinse and repeat, jump, spin then jedi landing were fascinating when I was 14. 😁 Come on, Disney, throw money at my man Tony G.

@@palpatinesboi9549 real intelligent original response you put together there bud. Definitely haven’t heard it from a million other Andor shills. I already told you in my other comment I don’t need constant action to enjoy a show. I have a question, I want to watch Andor, but I haven't seen Rogue One, and I know it's a prequel, but do I have to watch Rogue One first to understand some references or something like that?
Perfectly Fair Ranking Absolutely Boba Fett At The Bottom Followed By Obi Wan Yeah, I Can Go Either Way But Would Probably Tie The Last Two For First Place, Because I Can Recognize How Excellent The Writing Is In Andor, Even If It's A Little Complex & Mature, I Can Appreciate It Unbiasedly While Still Finding The Mandalorian To Be More Rewatchable And Fun. Both Great Shows. Boba & Obi..... Meh.
@@palpatinesboi9549 Mando has some boring episodes while having a good amount of unnecessary fan service. I still like it but Mando was good while Kenobi was pretty good that tells a story that makes the OT make some more sense cause the prequels messed everything up.

Mando is definitely #1 for me, but imagine if Kenobi had the production value and writing of Andor.
It’s ridiculous that Obi-Wan didn’t have a big budget. And most of the budget went to the casting which makes it even worse.
Id prefer bova fett with dark and consistent writing more than obi. He is too well known character

1. Andor
Honestly just a great show that exceeds in so many ways. The characters and plot were just crafted with so much care and attention and it really comes through in the show. Really appreciate the unique perspective on the Star Wars universe that it provides and I’m so excited to see where they go with this in season 2. Some of the best Star Wars in a long time.
My Personal Ranking
4. Obi-Wan Kenobi 5/10 it’s okay
3.The Book of Boba Fett 7,5/10 I understand if People don’t like this Show but I had fun with this Show
2.The Mandalorian 9/10 Just love it
1.Andor 10/10 Just Perfect
Wait What that’s really cool but sorry can you pick another Guy
I’m not from America I’m from Luxemburg. Sorry
W
U should rank all 12 Andor episodes
I think Andor episodes are difficult to rank because the top episodes would be the payoff episodes (3, 6, 10 and 12) but you don’t have those without the setup episodes.
I think you would be better off ranking the mini arcs
@@darthrevan6713 I mean, this may the be unpopular opinion, but I liked episode 9 more than 10.
Omg, the ending, and the interrogation and torture scenes!
@@saurabhtantry5550 i also really like 7.
Ranking episodes would be near impossible because you need previous episodes (or, in some cases, latter episodes) to make it good. I think he should rank the Arcs in TCW.
Couldn’t agree more here with this ranking. Andor is far and away the best thing Disney has done with Star Wars.
1)Andor (90/100)
2)The Mandalorian (80/100)
3)Obi-Wan Kenobi (60/100)
4)The Book of Boba Fett (60/100)
Completely agree with the list, Sean. Andor is really interesting and engaging while Mando is more fun to watch for me.
Here is my ranking:
4. The Book of Boba Fett
3. Obi-Wan Kenobi
2. The Mandalorian
1. Andor
I really enjoy all of these shows, but Andor is a cut above the rest. The Book of Boba Fett is the most disappointing one. I was slightly disappointed with Obi-Wan, but it has great elements as well.
hey Sean love your content
My Ranking
1. Andor 9.8/10
2. Mando 9.4/10
3. Kenobi 5.6/10
4. Boba 4.5/10
1. Mandolorian
2. Andor
3. Kenobi
4. Boba Fett
4. Obi-Wan Kenobi
3. Book of Boba Fett
2. The Mandalorian
1. Andor
Correct
Great list sean here’s mine
4. Boba Fett 5/10 disappointing…..
3. Obi wan kenobi 6/10 could have been way better but still fun
2. Andor 8.5/10 better than I expected can’t wait for s2
1. Mandalorian 9/10 just amazing.
1) The Mandalorian
2) Andor
3) Obi-Wan Kenobi
4) The Book of Boba Fett
1. Andor
2.Mando
3.Kenobi
4.boba
4. Boba Fett
3. Obi Wan Kenobi
2. Andor
1. Mandolorian
I think tales of the Jedi and Clone Wars the Final Season are the best Disney plus Star Wars content though.
My ranking is :
4.The Book Of Boba Fett
3.Obi-Wan Kenobi
2.Andor
1.The Mandalorian
Agreed a 100% with the list though Obi-Wan kenobi didn't disappoint me.
Crazy
Doesn’t matter one bit, but wanted to mention the Boba show is 7 episodes. That’s all
Happy thanksgiving
My favorite is probably Andor the show was surprisingly amazing.
Hey Sean, could you review “Spirited”with Ryan Renyolds and Will Ferrel? I personally LOVED it, but would love to hear your take on the movie.
4. Book of Boba - Just bad, weak story, lack of focus 4/10
3. Kenobi - Good moments but a lot of short comings and goofy moments 7/10
2. Andor - Very good, nice refreshing adventure in the Star Wars universe 9/10
1. Mando - Amazing, captures exactly what Star Wars is, it focuses on a new view point but also presents all the things we love 10/10
Perfect listing, Mando isn’t for me but I agree with it as #2 and the other 3 where they are
Imagine if the sequels had the care and writing of andor
I agree with your list. Mando, although great, relies too much on fan service and nostalgia.
Your ranking is the exact same as mine. The only difference is, I’m less negative on Obi-Wan Kenobi because I can understand it’s bad things but I still like it for the good parts and the fun things
1. Clone Wars
2. Andor
3. Tales of The Jedi
4. The Mandalorian
5. The Bad Batch (This show was actually so great)
6. Rebels (I can't rewatch this show, but it was great on first watch and amazing storytelling, despite not really being for me)
7. Kenobi (this is where we cross the line into bad)
8. BoBF (Mid)
9. Resistance (Doesn't even belong on the ranking but I suffered through it so I may as well)
Bro, Clone Wars is also my favorite LIVE-ACTION show.
@@officialmonarchmusic I noticed. I was just joking man.
@@mynamedoesntfi--6161 Oh sorry
@@officialmonarchmusic No need to apologize. It's all good.
4.Kenobi - 5/10
3.Book Of Boba Fett - 7/10
2.Mandalorian - 8.5/10
1.Andor - 10/10
Absolutely W
My ranking:
4. Book of Boba Fett
3. Kenobi
2. Andor
1. The Mandalorian
4. Boba Fett
3. Obi-Wan Kenobi
2. Andor
1. Mandalorian
I liked Boba Fett better than Obi Wan tbh
I personally think both shows were meh, really. They were pandering to fanservice and nostalgia, not attempting to doing something new.
Same bobf just felt like another season of mandolorian which I loved but kenobi I just didn’t like mostly because of how bat the plot and cinamatography was
Same
"Well then you are lost!"
Just kidding. I honestly respect your opinion even though I disagree.
For my ranking:
#03. Book of Boba Fett
#02. Obi Wan Kenobi
#1. Andor & The Mandalorian
(I can’t pick)
Don't have much to add, this is a HARD agree. Mandolorian came along and rejuvinated the franchise, Boba Fett and Obi Wan quickly were two steps back and Andor is literally the reason I'm into Star Wars again! Phew.
When will you make a Andor episode ranking?
This is a perfect list
4. Obiwan
3. Boba fett
2. Mando
1. Andor
This would be my list if we are talking personal favorites/enjoyment but If we are talking purely writing quality obiwan and boba fett would switch
I enjoyed it but it was such a mess I can’t rate it any higher
I agree full heartedly with everything you say!
Also just ordered a Movie Talker T Shirt
I agree with your ranking.
ANDOR 🤩🤩🤩🤩
Here is mine:
1. Andor
2. Mandalorian
3. Obi-Wan Kenobi
4. Book of Boba Fett
Ha! Just finished the video and we have the exact same ranking.
Next time that there is a Pixar movie you should do a Pixar character ranking.
Tony Gilroy should have written the sequel trilogies.
Here are time stamps for whoever wants them!
Intro: 0:00
#4: Book of Boba Fett: 0:57
#3: Obi-Wan Kenobi: 2:48
#2: The Mandalorian: 5:12 or 5:13
#1: Andor: 7:03
Outro: 10:02
Hope this helps for anyone who is going to or wanting to watch the video.

W you
The Mandalorian is 9/10
Andor is 10/10
The rest is rather really boring or really stupid.
Andor is the most boring show I’ve ever watched
@@anthonymanuel55000 Really? I thought it was really entertaining but agree to disagree.
@@ScofieldStudios fair enough
@@anthonymanuel55000 because you need constant action to enjoy something and don't like good stories
@@palpatinesboi9549 real intelligent original response you put together there bud. Definitely haven’t heard it from a million other Andor shills. I already told you in my other comment I don’t need constant action to enjoy a show. Try to overcome the programming in your small little brain that makes it impossible for you to comprehend that someone could possibly have a different opinion than you on a Disney show made for 14 year olds. I don’t like Andor why does that trigger you so much🤣 I can’t imagine being that soft where I have to personally insult someone I don’t even know because they have a different opinion on a show. Something tells me you wouldn’t be giving that same energy in real life tho Andy Boy.
I would have been happy with everything we've gotten if they were all episodes of one show just called Star Wars
I have a question, I want to watch Andor, but I haven't seen Rogue One, and I know it's a prequel, but do I have to watch Rogue One first to understand some references or something like that?
4- The Book of Boba Fett 6/10
3- Obi-Wan Kenobi 7/10
2- Andor 8.5/10
1- The Mandalorian 9/10
You lied, Sean. This is the right ranking
Thats fair. Haha
Haven’t watched Andor yet so I can’t rank all 4. Right now but I can do the other three. 1. The Mandalorian 2. Obi-Wan Kenobi 3. Book of Bobo Fett
Bobo
Sorry Boba Fett. Didn’t realize I spelled it wrong.
Perfectly Fair Ranking
Absolutely Boba Fett At The Bottom Followed By Obi Wan
Yeah, I Can Go Either Way But Would Probably Tie The Last Two For First Place, Because I Can Recognize How Excellent The Writing Is In Andor, Even If It's A Little Complex & Mature, I Can Appreciate It Unbiasedly While Still Finding The Mandalorian To Be More Rewatchable And Fun.
Both Great Shows.
Boba & Obi..... Meh.
Andor is a Amazing tv show!
Can you rank Andor episodes.
4. Boba fett
3. Obiwan (still really liked it)
2. Mando
1. Andor
4. Book Of Boba Fett
3. Mando
2. Kenobi
1. Andor
I only dislike Book of Boba but the rest of the shows I like
Kenobi above Mando is wild
@@palpatinesboi9549 Mando has some boring episodes while having a good amount of unnecessary fan service. I still like it but Mando was good while Kenobi was pretty good that tells a story that makes the OT make some more sense cause the prequels messed everything up.
I've only seen three and my ranking of those are:
1. Mando
2. Andor
3. Boba
But a ranking out of ten for there series as a whole? Mando =8, Andor = 7, and Boba = 4
