how do you apply Probe to raise alert levels if you don't have any melee weapon? EDIT: you answered in comments that you use alertness potion. Does that mean buying Probe is useless?
Would be interesting to have a Rogue-Engineer, Hex mage build using Hunters Eye. Focusing on elemental daggers. You jinx from afar, come in for a backstab and then detonate the enemy.
you wont go wrong buddy this bad boy is insanely awesome! if you want some more indepth details the link to the wiki is in the description its FULLY detailed with way more info incase you need it!
do you think this build would work if I switched speedster with cabal hermit for better boons and utilized gear for my cooldown reduction? I know I miss out on the skill that instantly resets cooldown for a skill but I don't know if I want to manage alertness levels. If it's genuinely just better to do so and the build really needs it I'll be all for it but if not I'm thinking of making the change
Yea it can work ez plus you get conjure so you can have a ghost companion with you most of the time drawing aggro while you pew pew from the back line 👌😎
This build would benefit greatly from "Deterministic Jinx", a mod which makes sure that each application of Jinx is distinct, making redundant casting a thing of the past.
That sounds hella useful because I always have to break my eye lids focusing on what just procced, are you using mods at the moment ? I’m struggling to get them to work :(
@@RPGAuthority installing mods is actually very easy, but if any problems outside of that - you can always ask all your questions modders directly via outward modding channel, we'll be glad to help you in any way possible :3
@@MrProboina thanks proboina i actually need to ask some questions there. i cant even install BepInEx im so noob im struggling i have so much content i want to make with mods. ill have to get in touch!
Nice unique build! Could use the cabal hermit skill tree for the Breakthrough passive instead of the Hunters skill tree (more damage & resistance + you could summon a lil' tank friend)
Hi overload you just gave me the idea that i should probaby make a video on that! i will do that this week but in the meanwhile i can send you a link to a video that i highly recommend you to checkout its funny and informative. ua-cam.com/video/mUnSJjnrcQs/v-deo.html and im really sorry i dont have my own video to share but i wont make that mistake twice.
OK but as a pure archer how do i get alertness levels? I am not gaining any alertness levels when using a bow. and with all hotkeys full up switching weapon mid fight isnt really a good idea. So how then do you get melee alertness? to use Prime
I heard about the extra range with that passive :) Tho I run a rune, hex & Philosopher Mage atm doing The Blue chamber faction quest as its the last quest I havent done yet.
I agree with you there Jester, And I’m very happy that the games difficulty can be modified by ones build, for scrubs like myself I need hex to make it through haha! I appreciate you for leaving such a nice comment. You made my day :)
@@RPGAuthority It's really not. It's the proper way to say that word. It's like saying Alexandre Dumas and saying "Dumbass" for the last name. It's proper educate to know how to speak the word... I tried to be polite about it, but you can't just say "Oh, I'll say it this way anyway because it doesn't matter". You don't say Ow-werd for Outward. The P and the CE are silent in that phrase.
Nar, not at all, sorry to say. I am a poor player, but Outward player I am. I have copied this build in the new Definitive edition. With bow in hand I have no increase distance in casting jinx. Attempted this against one of those sword golem. She turned up went slash, slash, slash and I was drinking Jeps juice again. While I'm at it I cannot achieve anything using the haunting jinx. I cast this and some colored lights just flutter around me, with no sign of an effect to the enemy.
The way the games build mechanic was implemented is very bad.. because once you reach the point of actually getting the skills from the Caldera zone the game is pretty much over.. and the faction quests.. and at this point the build is at full force but the game is over.. really no point to just keep playing.. everything is already done..

Do you have any videos explaining whats this game you just popped on my feed and it seems intresting

Dope video. Reminds me of my sigil archer build.
Glad you like it my dewd! they need to remove sigils stones from this game wouldnt you agreeee O_O
@@RPGAuthority I definitely agree. I respect that it’s a unique system, but they’re too heavy and make playing a sigil build a tiny bit annoying
"That’s a 200IQ move." :)
Random question but how are you using prime and the daredevil passive if you’re not stacking altertness with probe?
Maxed alertness potion
For the chest armor i went with Economy enchantment
OK but as a pure archer how do i get alertness levels? I am not gaining any alertness levels when using a bow. and with all hotkeys full up switching weapon mid fight isnt really a good idea. So how then do you get melee alertness? to use Prime
drink alertness potion

Good choice for a build that what makes outward so insane. you dont even get this type of build diversity in elden ring! :D
@@RPGAuthority True true :)
Build possible without using Jinx? Maybe Astral bow with Palladium and Mana Arrows?
I would not recommend it because jinx is how you apply hexes, how is your character built at the moment ?
Does hunters eye work with runeMage?
Unfortunately not
Taking internal lexicon, or wear the runic backpack would allow you to lock on with the bow range and cast runic skills.
Great build. Anything with Hex mage makes the game way too easy though.

Cant wait for you to see the next video on another OP hex mage build. its just CHEESE CITY xD
By the way "Grace" isn't Grass, It's Graw. Coo do graw.

U need to buy the long range passive from wild hunter
These graphics are like Morrowind level, is this for real?
Realer then the flat earth conspiracy, just think of it as amazing HD PS2 game.

Ordered Elden Ring from Wish.
At least they send you the definitive edition
