The best option I have seen yet is the vacuum technology, designed to glue the bridge even after assembling the soundboard. without any pressure on the braces. unfortunately, I can't afford to buy one of those now. thanks for following my work. it is so precious to me 🙏❤️
I've done it like this (making holes before gluing) before. then realized when I am able to make holes after (in order to determine the best place for holes based on the final action), it will let me be more precise. of course!
@@shaheenamrou I don't know if I showed the process of that (pre hole the bridge) before or not! By the way as I've seen yet, most of the oud makers prefer 9mm for the string holes (9mm from the soundboard) 🙏❤️

Great, what kind of glue do you use for the bridge?
I have used Hide glue for the bridge. It's chrisp and hard. Also replaceable with heat. Next time I will try Tidebond to check the difference 🙏♥️
