This is one of the reasons why I don't play multiplayer games. I tried a voice changer the other day that had decent results. It's a program for PC that you can run in the background. It's a bit of trial and error testing to get the right settings but after messing with it a bit I got a good male voice with it. I don't remember the name of it, but I'll check tomorrow what it's called.
I just checked. The program is called "EaseUS VoiceWave" You can pick 3 from 6 starting voices in the free version. There's also a paid version (4€ for 1 month, 20€ for 1 year, or 40€ permanent, iirk) that unlocks a lot of other voices. There's about 60 in total or so? Not sure how many exactly. There's also a bunch of special voices like Darth Vader and other characters in the paid version. If it's just for online games the basic male voice should be enough tho. Also, the free version doesn't save custom settings, if you mess around with the sliders, but every slider has a number value next to it, so just write those numbers down somewhere.

whoa third comment
Yeah if it wasn’t for her scoff at 14:06 I’d think she was me cause I’ve had mental shut downs from anxiety in elevators. And if someone asks me what floor I’d just brick up and stare at a wall in fear. I feel bad if I ever offended someone doing that, I don’t mean harm, Im just terrified of talking.
The cut off.
