thanks for showing us your crosses that you carry- many mystics and saints within the Church ,Evan, that can help- St Teresa of Avila, St Gertrude of Hefta, St John of the Cross, retreat centers galore! i was a former Franciscan friar so spent many times in silence and in 🙏 prayer- St Maximus the confessor, St Anthony of the desert- the Cistercians , the Trappists….. St Anthony of the desert use to do battle with the demons … fasting and battles galore- i believe you said u were raised Catholic? maybe time to explore the great wonderful rich garden of what is essentially your heritage-very humbled by your struggles- you can even do a St Ignatius 30 day silent retreat. they have them all over the USA- one is in Nebraska - Creighton University-
