Thanks for creating this video, its going to help me to wrap the centre console because as with all 350Z's the finish is not that durable and I've been wondering how to start taking it apart and this video has really helped me to make a start. Thanks again.
Is it the same procedure to the facelift model (2006-2008), or are there different screws on different locations? I‘ve read something about two additional screws on lower part of the front dash cover of the radio, so two on the left side and to on the right side as you mentioned in the video, but two additional screws in the middle below?
This is SO well done. Thanks. I just bought a used Z and someone prior has moded the head unit. My next project is to pull the unit - just as shown here - and hopefully figure out what they screwed up. I would like to restore to original.
FCSR...thank you very much for this informative video...however CD is stuck in a aftermarket stereo. Surely its the same principle...car just purchased recently. Thanks again, Sir!!
this was made 6 years ago and its still the only good video on how to remove this stuff in the Z, thank you sir
Excellent! First video I've found on a 350Z with a navigation system! Thank you!
Thank you so much, I was struggling to find a vid that showed how to deal with the navigation system removal😭🤙🏿💯

why remove the shifter? it seems like you could leave it on.
VERY helpful. Thank you!
Do you have the wiring diagram? All of the ones i can find are different color wires.
Great post! Thanks!!
Crap. Take the key out.
Very Helpful... Thank You
Why do you still have the power on while doing that? Disconnect the Negative Batt lead FFS.
does the back of the bose radio have rca output?
awesome video.
where can I buy the console with the navigation screen?
How much does this normally cost to do
How the hell did that center console and shifter just slide out that easy. I'm sweating over here trying to remove it. This shit is stuck on tight
Thanks. Might leave this to a professional though.
My antenna is stuck or something
Good video, really helped, but the design of the mounting system sucks.
STOP BREATHING IN MY EAR!
