hi dana, not related to this video but, do you think it would be better when we call leads that we make a 1st call (2-5 mins ) just to ask quicks questions like to congratulate them for caring about their loved one / if they still need insurance and to book a second meeting in wich we will have the big conversation. Could that be a better thing than just try to sell them on the first call? so that now they are more mentally prepared and they might like better me etc ?
That’s a great question to ask, we actually offer a Insurance Protection Plan which provides coverage not just for any loss, but also for accidental damage and theft. Would you like to add it for just $8 dollars?
Only thing I disagree with is the comment of “you can’t sell something to someone who doesn’t need it”. QVC does that on a daily basis. The vendors lead you to believe you need this cream to look younger, or this purse. My sister in law tells me all the time she buys stuff on QVC AND REGRETS IT. Impulse buy
That is exactly why you have to create a problem before introducing the solution. That’s why infomercials do so well… because they have to create a global problem that most people can relate to. If I didn’t have a buyer in front of me, but having to create a tv commercial to create urgency it would be a different story. They are reaching millions of people, of which, thousands end up buying. It’s a numbers game for them too! Great thought process though 🔥
When you ask “Do you even need a pen?” They may have a pen and think they are fine and answer No. Instead, I might ask “Do you ever use a pen?” I think that expands the number of people that will say yes and now we can expand through questions, on why they need my pen, just as you did.
This is the "Cliff's Notes" of all your teaching. So strong. Thanks
Ha! Good analogy
Spot on, the key is to ask questions and duplicate what they said and then seal the deal! Well done!!
Exactly!
Sold! 💎
Bravo!!! 😊
🤜🏼🤛🏼
Jordan B. would be so proud! Brilliant analogy by you.
Maybe one day he’ll see it 🤔
At first I read the title as "Smell this pen" lol
I do stuff like that all the time too 🤣
What u be doing with your pens? 🤔

Noooooooo!!! You got them to answer the phone which is the hardest part of this business.
@@finalexpensetelesales okay thanks a lot
Not Bad! infact awesome. Where can I get mine?
Well, I’m not sure I can help you with that… why do you feel like you need this kind of pen? 😂
@@finalexpensetelesales kidding aside lessons learned here. Thanks!
My wife just asked, what happens when she loses this pen, now the cartridge is useless, what then? She could have had a whole box of backup pens!! LOL
Haha as long as she doesn’t realize that until she gets home with her new $60 pen, it’s all good 😂
