Thanks for posting. :). A few reflections. I thought Amos did great. Seems he only is meant to do connection and situation questions and then pass to manage who then presents. Amos did a great job summarizing what the prospect expressed and asked good situation questions! Is he meant to do problem awareness or is the manager? It doesn't seem like any problem awareness questions were asked by manager, no consequence questions, everything just was price based focused which kept the prospect in price based thinking. The manager talked the majority of the time, understood if he's primarily presenting, but almost felt like rushing to the prices with no check in questions.
Not taken negative at all! I tried my best to clarify what you heard when the manager took over the call. They may not always follow an obvious “sales process” but rather, rely on what they believe the customer needs to hear to help them. I totally understand your question though and would probably ask the same thing!
