EDIT: So sorry about forgetting to post the paint details and brush details, I will post them below. Also, I know I didn't go very in depth on the blending of acrylics because I have a separate video on my page called "How to Blend Using Acrylics" please watch this for help on mixing.

Awesome!! This is beautiful. I'm looking forward to adding to it!
colorbyfeliks Excellent!!
Feliks is an amazing artist, Jane!! :) So glad that you colab-ed with him!
I love to watch Jane teach.
You can see every step up close. You have great work. I look forward in trying this.
beautiful. I must admit I cringed when you painted over that first gorgeous painting though, but it turned out beautiful as well.
Subscribed and following you both on Instagram. :)
I've only been painting for a little over a year. Jane Font steered me to this video and I'm really looking forward to learning this technique. I love the colours you're using. Thank you very much for taking the time to explain how you're painting it but also putting not only the colours of paint you're using, but also listing the type of brush you're using. I'll be using a giant old filbert for the tutorial, but I'll definitely be shopping for a mop brush to add to my assortment. Thank you for the tutorial!
Feliks!!!this makes me want to go wash my big fat face powder brushes right now & use for painting instead. I am so glad you decided to tour w Jane on the "Art Bus" that I love to ride & I just subscribed to you as well as "rang your bell!"
My 1st surprise? That you were covering such a lovely painting...but on the other hand I think that simple step alone showed so many what you can do w used canvas..My 2nd surprise? How alike you are in your serenity. In your mind,voice,words...can't wait to see what else. Anyways. I'm going to see what Jane did w your painting & then check out your videos from the beginning...✌
colorbyfeliks rock on!
This is lovely. I would love a description on how you mixture colors. I would also say that I like the second camera angle better. The one where it shows the painting closer up. It’s just easier for me to follow along and understand with that particular angle. But, this is your channel. You do what you like. And thank you for not adding time lapse. Thank you for your exclamations and lovely paintings.
It’s amazing how you start the sky and with all the blending using that type of brush how you end up with such a beautiful night sky. Thank you for showing us how you did it
Hello. Jane is fantastic. Her voice is so soothing as well. I love purple. My favorite!!!!!!!
oh my goodness... i want the painting you just covered up!! it was so beautiful!! lol
Awesome painting! Thanks for sharing your technique of creating stars.
우와, 저는 항상 저런 아름다운 밤하늘 그림을 보면서 수많은 별들을 어떻게 그리지 하고 생각했는데 저런식으로 별을 만드는군요! 정말 예뻐요!
Wow, I always thought about how to draw so many stars when I was looking at that beautiful night sky painting, but that's how you make stars! How pretty!
I was reminiscing with my husband about watching your tutorial videos when you were just starting out, when you had less than 100 subscribers. I pulled this video up for him. It's been terrific watching your channel grow over the past 5 years as you've built a community of student artists. Well done and thank you for all the lessons, especially how to blend acrylics.
Thank you for your great support! I really appreciate that. Many blessings 🥰🙏
I found you through Jane. I look forward to spending time with you, and will check out previous videos in the next couple days. Felt I should check out your background first before following Jane.I like your style, and being prepped to paint after verbal intro. Thank you for you time and effort in sharing. Peace.
And just a happy bush right in the corner right here.. just a happy little bush right here.. yeah that's nice.
Beautiful and because of Jane I found you. Looking forward to watching and learning. 👍
Thank you Jane for bringing me to colorbyfeliks! Wow I loved this video and will be binge watching the rest of your content. You're a talented young man!
Just finished viewing the Jane's part of this and now I can see how you created the sky. Great work. I did Sub because I want to see what you have done in the past and will do in the future. I am glad you have fun painting. That is what it is all about. FUN.
Nice sky..and good to see two Artists working as one to accomplish a great painting...and a cool way to bring in the New Year
This is stunning. Thanks for sharing these techniques. Can’t wait to try this.

Fascinating! Love the use of the fluffy brushes. Have to get some of those!
I am a huge fan of Jane's painting tutorials. Thank you for the great collaboration. This was very informative.
No problem at all. I did the rain/window painting that Jane did on my Channel. ua-cam.com/video/Yy7SkL6h1Us/v-deo.html It was my first try with one of her paintings. Thanks for replying.
Thanks very much.
Very professional . Easy to follow and understand . thank you . Both of you

Great tutorial. Beautiful outcome. Very interested in what Jane does with it.
I was so happy to see you working with Jane!! She's my first teacher (UA-cam tutorial). Love this!!
Amazing! ❤❤❤
Thank you!
Beautiful background! You & Jane did a great job! I love all your videos!
Dear Feliks! I am a new subscriber to your Channel, cause of Jane! I started painting with her from a tutorial of hers the first time right! She informed me about "The Art Sherpa" and made me curious about her and I susbrided to her channel, too. But I never forgot where I was coming and starting painting from first...Jane! Now I found you and I am happy I did! You are an awesome teacher and I loved what I saw on your "still" short list of videos you did! You have a lot of potential and for me the most important things that makes a great painting teacher on UA-cam are: seeing that you love teaching us, that you are motivating us and tell us maybe your story how you became an artist and that you had to go the same long journey like we do to become as great as you are now, that we can see that you are passionate about what you are doing and last but not least that you read the comments and give tipps and tricks to us in whatever art related problems we might have or run into. We count on your experience! Great Video Feliks and I am already looking forward to my continuing painting journey with you! Be blessed! Lots of Love from me, Manuela from Germany,to you! Keep going!
Ps: If it possible for you than it would be very helpful to us, if you could list all the exact colors that you are using in the description under the videos if we click the more bottom on the right side under the video!
colorbyfeliks Dear Feliks! It was my pleasure to tell you my opinion of what I personally expect from a teacher on UA-cam!
I think I'll do this with a sponge, cuz I have no idea how to do that with a brush. Love this collab.
I’m coming over from painting with Jane. Love this tutorial. I’d like to offer some thoughts. It would be great if you could go over all the materials at the beginning of the video. Also, if you could give the color names you are working with. Those who watch your video may be using a different brand and paint companies can name them whatever they want makes color matching easier. It would be great if you could describe more the amount of pressure you are using. Finally really liked that you premixed the colors you are using to save time. However it would be good if you could go over how you mixed them. What pigments you used & how many parts of each in each mixture. Great job overall. Very informative. Keep up the great work and thanks for sharing.
Love the way you did this background!
The starry night looks awesome!
The collab turned out so nice. In your shop, I really love the painting called The Hangout!
Stunning work Felik’s! I love the final collaborated painting, too!
Your work is absolutely AMAZING, Feliks! I'm so glad you and Jane got together for this one! She is AMAZING and one of the biggest influences in my art journey. :)
Thanks to Jane I'm getting to know you. I look forward to watching your videos and learning from you. Love what I've seen so far :)
Thanks Feliks!!! Beautiful colors and galaxy!!! I'll definitely be on the lookout for a fluffy brush now.. What a soft blend!!! =0) So great that you are collaborating with Jane!!! Look forward to seeing more of your art!!!
colorbyfeliks awww thank u for sharing!!! I recently started using the heavy bodied and wow they are different to work with.. It's like learning how to paint all over again..so blending will be so helpful!!! Hopefully I'll have a good fluffy brush soon too.. (I could use an old makeup brush until.. Lol)
This was awesome to watch! Glad I found you through Jane! Beautiful painting!
I have some old paintings so I wonder if I can paint with an oil painting to make different pictures Won’t it work like that? Or not good idea? I have watched several shows and really enjoy the show you painting your tutorials or should Leave it alone as it is? I love your beautiful pictures plus beautiful colorful Thank you for teaching me how to paint 🎨🤟🏻👵🏼🎨
I love the painting you are painting over!
Loved the part with the stars! The yellow was an interesting touch, but it worked.
The color remind me of Ariana Grande's "Break Free" music video
Sent here by Jane. I love this and look forward to many more videos from you!
Looks gorgeous, Can you explain exactly which colours in the details and what portions mixed with what for your background I'd like to try it
colorbyfeliks thanks for your positive response. I only checked out your video because of Jane, and I think I'll be following you too f you care as much as she does. Which I think you may do . Thanks for you help on our art journey xx
colorbyfeliks thanks so much. I'm now subscribed , good luck on UA-cam 👍
Awesome job! I'm subscribed (here and Instagram) and loved learning new techniques!
Thank you so much I've been looking for a video describing painting of galaxy because I've just got started with painting on canvas (acrylic) and I like sooo much galaxies especially with those colours, thanks I will try it next time 😊
I love this. I can't wait to do it and then add what Jane does!
How do I show you my painting?
Beautiful galaxy I will head on to Janes YT to see what she did with your painting (which is where I saw this). Look forward to watching your other YT videos.
Outstanding ! I look forward to seeing more of your work!
Your drawings are very beautiful❤️
I'm Gonna have to get a mop brush to play with! Yay, I see a trip to Michael's in my future.
The painting is almost as gorgeous as the painter ☺️☺️
I loved the painting you painted over!
awesome! so glad Jane introduced us to you!
Awesome I'll get to use the mop brush that sort of sleeps in the brush tray - also like the color mixing first instead of as I paint -
Really nice,so beautiful.
I love it 👍
I’m so glad that I found you! Thank you for this lesson!
I love the colors you use!! So gorgeous 😍
Love this look, very creative!!!
New subscriber ") awesome background I think it's a creative thing you two are doing, you're very talented.
Great tutorial, thank you. Smiles
Wow.. beautiful.. much harder to do than it looks!!
Thanks for making this! It's a huge help
Also, how do you keep little hairs from joint your painting fro the brushes?
Just went looking for Jane's video on her part of this collab and am disappointed that I haven't been able to find it. :( Love what you did here though just the same :)
That painting is gorgeous, you're really talented!

Hi Felik, new subscriber here! You and Jane did a fantastic job!
Wonderful !!!
So glad she sent me to you.....AMAZING
That looks amazing!!
colorbyfeliks
Maybe someday you could do a demo of the painting you covered up. Loved the colours and effects in that too. Would be great to giveaway your unwanted paintings to your subscribers? I was gasping when I saw you paint over such a beautiful piece. Tho I understand it's good to recycle . Best of luck with the channel. I'll be looking forward to more vids. 👍👍😊😊
Mate... everytime I see you repaint a painting... it hurt so much.. :(
Agree :()
It hurt my heart more than I expected
I came here to comment about the same thing. That hurt watching him repaint it, but I keep saying he’s recycling by reusing
Beautiful!!
I enjoyed the video a lot!! ^^. I'm new in painting and it really helps me...
colorbyfeliks thanks to you!! ^^
💚
Awesome, can't wait to paint this
I painted it, but don't know where to post it for you. I am learning something new from you. I have never used a mop brush with acrylics, only oils, and boy is it different. Thank you for sharing this video. Looking forward to the next one
i like this one paint with jane
This guy is underrated
what is the brushhh? it looks so fluuffeeehh
VERY VERY THANK
Im amazed at how you can paint over old paintings, it pains me to do it 😂
Two 💕
Sorry for the weird question but can i use makeup brush for blending?
beautiful!
Hi I am new here and am from Malaysia. Your painting is amazing and I enjoy watching you paint. Can I use acrylic paint on the drawing block ?
Hi! I'm coming here from Jane's channel. I think you should really tell the name of the pigments you're using in one video. I'm guessing you're probably not doing that so that people don't feel that if they don't have a certain pigment they can't do it but keep in mind there are probably beginners here and might end up mixing colors that give muddy results. Anyway I really enjoyed the video.
Beauuuuuutiful 😍😍
I wish i could know how you mixed those colors you used for the background
❤️
