I have an iron dosa tawa and I already seasoned it but when I make dosa it gets burnt only in the centre, what to do Mara, how to solve it..

If its Iron dosa tawa, you will get this kind of problem only sis...but if you have cast iron dosa tawa, you can sprinkle little water in the centre and try making dosa to avoid that burnt texture in the centre....this is the expert advice from athai...hope it helps you dear❤️
