This tutorial helped me after years of watching tutorials and not getting it. If anyone else struggles - my issue was I was sectioning off my hair like I would as if I were about to straighten it. Not doing that completely changed the game!

Thank you for recommending Truss Products! I got the amino spray and I don’t think my hair has ever looked this healthy and shiny and strong! It was thick and frizzy due to coloring, and now it’s like.... a horse’s mane!!! 😜 Shiny and thick and healthy! I so owe you one!😁❤️🙏🙏🙏 I LOOOVE your puppy 🐶❤️!!! Such a precious cutie!!!😍

What temperature do you recommend for color treated gray hair? I have strong hair but wouldn’t say corse. It’s down to my back and has weight so it does pull down on my curls. I have super straight Japanese hair so not easy for the curl to hold. Thanks again.

Is there a good rule of thumb in finding the right diameter curling iron for the length of hair? So for example, if you have collar bone length hair, go for this size diameter iron, or if you have waist length, use this diameter iron? I feel like I struggle with either too tight of a curl or too loose of a curl when I cut my hair and grow my hair out. 0_0
What would u recommend if I want volume extensions my hair is so flat sadly I wasn’t blessed with thick gorgous hair :( those look like good extensions lmk what you think I should get the grams and length if I wnat volume

This helps so much! The twisting while releasing is what helped my curls not fall out!!
