Bonnie! I have to say, I really, really love that you don't wear makeup in many of your videos. I have a rare eye disease that makes me unable to tolerate any eye makeup, and it's been so incredibly difficult to have to give it up and get comfortable with my bare face. But seeing you in many of your videos also with a bare face warms my heart so much! I can't entirely explain it, but it's just comforting to me to see other women be beautiful and successful without having to wear makeup. I think in society in general, we really need to normalize women not wearing makeup.

@@miriamrau841 the way you use electronics causes a lot of harm to humans and the environment, the way you eat imported fruit or vegetables is terrible with carbon emissions etc, when you buy products that use plastic it's completely selfish and awful because you're contributing to microplastics in the ocean etc, when you travel anywhere by driving or flying you're contributing to emissions and environmental segregation. Do you also nitpick and hate lions because they eat zebras? Do you hate cats for hunting birds and mice?

I was whole food plantbased for 9 years and my ferritin got really low. I think it can work for many, but I have adjusted my diet for what works for me. I feel less restrictive and free, which is what I needed. I still honestly worry about heart disease, so I keep it Whole Foods mostly and low animal foods, but similar to you. Thanks for keeping food fun!❤️❤️❤️

I found out recently that the “liquid” part of the yogurt is the whey protein separating from everything else so yes I good stir to combined it again is what you need to do and if you get rid of the liquid then you are losing out
Would also love to see a video from you about how you grocery shop when eating intuitively. I feel like I get stuck in the trap of meal planning and only buying the ingredients I will need for those meals each week which can make it hard to eat and cook intuitively or spontaneously.
Same! I do one grocery haul per week so day 1 is always fresh fish, day 2-3 I have to eat chicken, after that it’s vegetarian or frozen. With veg it’s salads at the beginning of the week then root veggies at the end. I guess the solution is to shop more regularly but I’m too lazy.

I used to be vegan, then plant based, and now I just eat in an intuitive, intentional way. Healthy, plant based meals really feels good for my soul but sometimes so does a McDonald’s cheeseburger. And as someone with a history of anorexia, this is major growth. No more rules, no more guilt.
I know this was a year ago now but you two commenters are absolutely horrible. A person opening up about the huge, incredibly positive step of building a guilt-free relationship with food following an eating disorder is not the place for your soapbox rants. Much love to you OP. Yes if you want to be vegan you can, but following a vegan lifestyle can, in some cases, trigger some disordered habits (I.e. principles of eradicating certain foods, checking labels, managing supplements, etc.). For me, attempting to be vegan led to me having to focus too much on my food again and I’m much healthier, happier and less food-obsessed as a vegetarian

i have been vegan and thriving for 18 years. it is possible to be a healthy vegan but i understand may be challenging for bioavailability of nutrients. i'm lucky to have a strong nutritional support and a health background. during these times, it is especially important to eat to boost our immune health, brain health and overall health :D

SO INTERESTING! I used to have an ED, I used to be a very strict HCLF vegan and I always thought that the well-known vegan youtubers, who had amazing physic looked that good because of the vegan diet. AND LOOK AT BONNY. She used to be energetic, healthy-looking and of course, she was gorgeous and sexy. And now that she eats a "normal" well-balanced diet, even burgers and McDonalds... SHE IS STILL energetic, healthy-looking, gorgeous, and sexy. It's so interesting to have this conclusion after many years... :)

Honestly sweetheart I love your short haircut.....in covid lockdown in NSW this year was long time so I basically had enough and I pulled my hair back in low ponytail and got scissors and just cut......and now that's now what I do all time.....just cut very short being mum so much easier too.

But when taking things easy and sometimes indulge into food I feel good and my body also. Because I love food with a lot of taste and your food is right what I love. SO INTERESTING! I used to have an ED, I used to be a very strict HCLF vegan and I always thought that the well-known vegan youtubers, who had amazing physic looked that good because of the vegan diet. AND LOOK AT BONNY. She used to be energetic, healthy-looking and of course, she was gorgeous and sexy. And now that she eats a "normal" well-balanced diet, even burgers and McDonalds... SHE IS STILL energetic, healthy-looking, gorgeous, and sexy. It's so interesting to have this conclusion after many years... :)

Honestly sweetheart I love your short haircut.....in covid lockdown in NSW this year was long time so I basically had enough and I pulled my hair back in low ponytail and got scissors and just cut......and now that's now what I do all time.....just cut very short being mum so much easier too.

I always tried and sometimes still trying to change my eating into more clean and healthy. But I always feel not happy with it and my body also not. But when taking things easy and sometimes indulge into food I feel good and my body also. Because I love food with a lot of taste and your food is right what I love. Good your trying new hair colors though I am not a fan of that black, loved your brown matches your eyes🥰
