And as far as I understand, that's just for the exam. All the study material, test exams, lab "equipment", books and so forth is on top of that, so, not very cheap and frankly beyond my reach at this moment. I'd like to do it very much though and hope I will one day.
Certifications are an industry run scam.
Perfect example of how pay to play extortion schemes and corruption works.
@@YourIdeologyIsDelusional Of course, as well as College degrees and drivers licenses, all of them are 100% Fraud ;)

Sarcasm doesn't hide a false equivalency fallacy.
When I was studying for my Security + it seemed like the world just did not want me to finish it. It took a lot for me to get the study material and really put the effort in and just as soon as I was in a groove and feeling optimistic everything blew up. In the few months that I spend studying I lost a relative, got in a car accident, had my computer fail on me twice (first time the CPU cooler died, second time the CPU died which resulted in my having to rebuild the entire thing) and then after everything started to settle down I ended up breaking my ankle.
That ended up being a blessing in disguise since being put of of work for a while really made me get my act together and finish the thing. Now I'm finally transitioning from my terrible manual labor job into the career I've wanted for years.
Moral of the story is that life likes to throw things at you just as you really start to take things seriously. Don't like it stop you.
That awkward moment when you tell the universe “send me a sign” and then this video pops up top of the feed
You don't need to look to the universe for a sign. It's the same with losing weight or making any change in your life. Be an adult and make it happen.
yeah i will do it now... right after this short break .. i just get one more coffee
I just scheduled my sleeping exam tonight!!!
The best way to pass exams is not to fail sleeping exams 💪
Good one
Nice. How did it go??
It was hard, but i think i Aced it 😎
😂😂
I just scheduled my AZ-104 after watching this. Thanks for the motivation.
www.examtopics.com/exams/microsoft/az-104/ ......you're welcome! sorry could't help it, I love Azure
Gratz man, you got this.
Best of luck Shawn prepare well
When are you writing?
Awesome, Shawn! I just passed AZ-900 yesterday. AZ-104 is next up on my list 😁. Good luck to you!
I should schedule a prostate exam, but it's a pain in the ass!
😭😭😭
Heh
The best comment on youtube ever (not counting zlatan comments)
I'm doing my CCNA in January thanks for the kick I needed
Get CompTIA A+ so I can beat you in the job application stage because I have my CCNA. I don't need no competition right now.😨🥵
I’m getting my CCNA hopefully in February
I am extremely motivated after this video. I am going to rip through A+ with motivation like this. Thank you so much Chuck for the motivation I needed!!
You got this BobMan! A+ those 2 tests can be tough for your first introduction to IT. but you got this! I've done it, we have all done it! YOU CAN TOO!
I'm scheduling my CompTIA A+ exam soon. I just started studying it. You motivated me. Thank you. :)
I needed this; I need to start something! After 20 years of working in IT, I feel like the I'm starting all over again just to stay current and not to be pushed out. Building and supporting legacy infrastructures to migrate too cloud infrastructure is a substantial change for a lot companies, not to mention very costly. I love the enthusiasm and how do you keep motivated when there's, life, work, and kids. Your IT passion is rare to see theses days.
Thanks for the motivation Bro. ....just taking my CompTia IT fundamentals. First one in the 'stack'. Find your videos a great help at same time inspirational. Keep up the great work👍👍.
I was actually having a tough time studying lately and today i just had enough i was like
*i don't care anymore im going to do something else*
i opened youtube and thats the first thing i see you actually got me pumped up and ready to go try again.
thank you!!
I'm studying for my A+ and my CCNA. Thank you for this video and keep making great content.
I'm wondering if you got your certs and ended up in a better work role?
What exam are you working on right now? Did you just schedule it? Let me know!

Hello Chuck👋 very well said!😊👍I need that quick motivation just now!🥳☝️Keep motivating us and good luck with tour exam!
I scheduled my CCNA exam for next week. Thank you so much for this vide @ NetworkChuck
Hey - I really appreciate the vids! They're an excellent refresher as I ramp up in prepping to go from the CCENT to the new CCNA 2020, and your sense of humor and enthusiasm make them really fun and engaging.
Keep it up! You rock!
I'm sitting for the CCNA in January. Need to get the cash first though. lols
Just scheduled my Sec + (501) after holding off for nearly a year. Thanks NetworkChuck I needed the extra push and this video did it for me!
So I didn't schedule any exams yet but after watching your channel for x amount of time, you've given me a lot of great insight to some things in the world of IT and have been truly fascinated by the network side of it all. Well, to get to the point...
I'm taking advantage of a work program that will give me certs through CompTIA, it's doesn't start until February but I've already been watching tons of videos by m&m and of course you. Anyways, I just wanted to send some love your way and wish you the best of luck with the CCNP!
Thank you from South Africa Chuck. I appreciate you :)
Your real-world demonstrations nicely enhance the theoretical study I've been doin gfrom textbooks. Thanks again!
I have a scheduled IT exam in Dec and was slacking off in studying. This video just motivated me to get serious and study harder. Thanks for the motivation
Just scheduled me security + now. I just needed to read the title... You are right. I just need to do it.
Glad to see you're finally taking the CCNP exam. I remember when i first took the CCNP, CCDP and CCIE exams many years ago. It will be a great compliment to your background.
I scheduled my CCNA exam on Feb! Lessgo!
That’s the attitude Chuck! 👊🏻 you for this!
Security +for me
I am doing this, no excuses!
Hell yeah man, you got this. I passed my security+ exam November 9th

Hello Chuck, great video, we need such motivational videos from time to time. I started studying the new CCNA 200-301 after, unfortunately, I failed at icnd2 last February.
Hey Chuck, a friend referred your channel to me. Great stuff here !
I recently passed AWS SAA C02.
Studying for it was not easy .
2 months grind actually.
Best of luck to all of you preparing for a certification exam.
Cheers and have a good one.
Hell Yea! Get it done Chuck! I'm taking the VCP-DCV exam Dec 4.
So, because of this video, I stopped screwing around and scheduled my Network+. Passed it last Saturday. Thanks for the motivation.
I took my networking exam recently at Uni.. Only for a 1st year module but I got 95% so happy with that. I'm actually going to go down the software route but I wouldn't have understood half the stuff on networking if it wasn't for this channel as the course materials were pants. Your videos were fire and helped it sink in
Thanks for the inspiration sir. You are the one that inspired me to get into IT. I'm not there yet. I'm studying for my a+ at the moment but already purchased Bombals course on Udemy for CCNA. Struggling to get into the IT workforce, but I am very determined.
I’m in the middle of doing my A+ I decided after watching your videos thanks for the motivation
Chuck, I needed this thank you. I have my A+ set for December 7 and I have been procrasting too much.
Passed my AZ-900 on 02/11, MS-900 on the 21/11 and PL-900 on the 24/11. I'm gonna schedule my MB-901 for December and then AZ-104 in Jan. Thanks Chuck, for all the motivation!
You got this, good sir!
I just got my CCNA two weeks ago and it feels good to be done! I'm shooting for CCNP ENCOR and DevNet Associate, probably DevNet first, and after CCNP ENCOR, CCNP ENAUTO.
Thanks Chuck! I feel like you made this video for me, the kick in the pants I needed! I need to re-up my A+, Net+, and Sec+ because I let them lapse.
Just passed my Comptia Security+ today. Thanks for the motivation!
Got my AZ-104 scheduled for the 2nd week of December. Going to crush the exam!!
Way 2 Go! Bust it out! Thanks for the kick in the pants. Love your channel bro. Good luck Chuck.
Already scheduled the AZ-104 for Dec 23. Thanks for giving me the kick in the pants that I needed.
CEH, I have the program purchased; I have a year to do it, but I keep pushing it out. Been using the work excuse too. I think I'm going to schedule it for February. I don't NEED it until July, as my SEC+ will be need to be renewed by then. Thanks for the motivation! JUST DO IT!!
Thanks for this video. I was stuck with the "planning phase" ever since, I realized that I just need to do it just as you said. I'm going to take the a+ exam and continue my way into cybersecurity afterwards.
Good luck Chuck! Just got my Devnet Associate with help from you. DO IT!
Shutting up and just doing it! CCNA locked in for 12.14!! Thank you NetworkChuck!!!
I Passed during Novembre vSAN Specialist, VMware Certified professional DCV 2020 and also CMA 2020.
I'm now on track for the VCAP DCV Design!
Nice motivation, love it! subscribed!
Thank you for the nudge. I don't have any certs yet but think I have the knowledge for a couple. Got a practice test and didn't pass. But good thing is it pointed me at some areas I needed to study a bit more.
Just scheduled my CompTia A+ 1002 exam this morning! Completed the 1001 back in October and can't wait to beat the 1002! Congrats on scheduling your test! I have mine scheduled for December 7th and I just got my 1 LB of Ethiopia Coffee delivered from Networkchuck.coffee
I really needed this video. I failed an exam earlier this year and just been making all kinds of excuses of “I’ll start tomorrow” or “I might not be smart enough”.
thank you, I needed this message!! I also have some years getting my CCNP!!
Coming back to the post to say thank you, it got me of my butt and yesterday I just got my AWS Solutions Architect Professional certification. I needed someone to yell at me and I got it done. I know we don't know each other, but your video changed my career. Thank you.
This is exactly what I needed to see today. Thanks!
Followed your advice, booked my latest exam for Next Saturday. Not sure if I’m ready or not but we’ll find out soon enough !
You are the best Chuck!
This video it's not just for you, it's for me too!
Thank you!! Really man, thank you!!
I really needed this, scheduling my CCNP Encore
I love u man....the way you inspire people is just awesome...
Scheduling my SY0-501 right now! Starting from scratch. Scheduling it for April/May just in case I need to take it again before it’s retired. Thanks!!
I just noticed you still have that hole in your door from when your smart lock failed HA. I love it
Was just about to comment its still there
I thought this was just a clever way of keeping a toddler out of a locked bedroom lol.
I'll be getting another voucher to retake the CompTia Net+ exam next week. I failed the first time and was disappointed. Networking and I do not get along. Thankfully many of your videos helped clear several things up. I'll take your recommendation and look at ITPro TV. Thank you Chuck
I have an exam for CompTIA 220-1001 this weekend. I'm ready.
I just scheduled my ccna 200-301 exam on 11 December
Thanks for the motivation 👍🏼
#we_will_make_it 💪🏼
Thank you for the MOTIVATION sir!
Needed this. Been slacking on studying on my A+ for over a year now, and I have plans for the Net+, CCNA, and other certs after but I've kept procrastinating on it. This is the kick in the pants I needed. Gonna study A+ right now and use this comment to update once I've taken the test.
Just about to schedule my CCNP Encore too! :D Let's do this Chuck!! #thisisITArmy!
I really needed This! Thank you❤
Thank you, I needed this today.
Thanks man I appreciate the boost
Chuck your an awesome dude, love from the UK. Coffee rules
chuck tengo que actualizar porque a cambiado mucho desde el 2016 cuando complete el curso de CCNP y los conocimientos que trasmites me animan a actualizarme y renovar...gracias por todas las herramientas y conocimientos
Chuck I have to update because it has changed a lot since 2016 when I completed the CCNP course and the knowledge that you transmit encourages me to update and renew ... thanks for all the tools and knowledge
The aim of the video is right, you want anything in life just make the decision and do it.
The problem with IT right now is the gap between recruiters and HR departments. I've got my Network+, Security+, CEH v10 and Pentest+ but because I'm changing career and have no IT experience it's damn hard to find even an entry level position when HR departments are requesting a min. of 2 years experience even for help desk jobs.
I wish you all luck in your studies and job searches. It's damn hard out there atm.
Well, you convinced me I just scheduled my CCNP 350-401, and the 300-420 ENSLD (Concentration exam about Designing Cisco Enterprise Networks) !
Thanks Chuck...I needed that!!!
I needed this video, I'm currently doing CompTIA Network+ and I'm wasting so much time. I'm not exam ready yet, but by God, I NEED TO STUDY!!
Great timing, also just found out that PA are having a flash sale on their certs. 50% off, expires today. Jump on that if thats your game!
Right at end Chuck looks super serious, that is a dedicated and well disciplined IT pro right there!! get nasty!! You guys own this, sense it, feel it, know it!!
Haven't scheduled yet but I'm studying and breaking down my net+ book day by day. Determination is my driver for a better IT role.
Thanks Chuck! I'm scheduled to take the CompTIA Network + on Nov 28th, next Saturday
Update, I passed my exam. Woohoo!
Could you do an updated review on university degrees? I see all the time people like yourself making videos about certifications, but a lot of us are really interested in the value of university degrees, especially to someone with no experience or someone looking to get into a higher paying job. Computer Science vs Information Technology vs Software Engineering? Bachelor vs Masters vs Doctorate? Would really love to see a video like this!
Crazy timing, I'm going for AWS Cloud Practitioner in December. Let's get it bro!
I will remember this day on the 20th of January 2021. Thank you, Chuck.
I'm just about to book my AWS Solution Architect Professional exam, this is the kick up the arse I needed!
Chuck, I'm taking the CCNA December 18th. I have taken the ITPRO.TV CCNA course, have the boson, just bought the CCNP ENCOR boson after I get CCNA, reading the CCNA simplified book right now. My man. More Cisco video's please.
Been slamming hard on the CompTIA a+. Got notes all over my wall, books always open, videos playing. Was ready to book exam but second lockdown happened (UK) albeit i havent checked if centres have closed i just assumed. Ready to book when i can. Then onto net+ and sec+.
Even my down time playing games i can peep around my room and soak up info.
yes, go for it ! good luck on your exam.
I needed this kick in the can. I need to schedule my three tests for the MCSA before it goes away after January.
Thanks for this finally doing my A+ on Friday and scheduled my CompTIA N+ on December 15th
Just signed up for Comptia Security+, will be taking on 01/02/21, I've been pushing it back for a few years now.
I needed this motivation. Got my JNCIA-Junos , Now I'm working on CCNA and JNCIS.
I went home after work on a Friday ready to schedule my ccna for 2 weeks out, when i noticed an appointment window opened up the following day, Saturday. i decided to just go for it, if i know it i know it if i don't i just need to study more. thank god i passed. i felt like huge weight was lifted of my shoulders and was glad i decided to schedule it when i did. Don't Hesitate for too long and trust that you have studied enough, because its impossible to know everything if your just starting out.
I'm doing my Azure in December 20 thanks for the kick I needed
Saw your video on if you started all again in I.T.
Just passed my CCNA and was gonna do CCNP but have decided to go down AWS certification route now. Just booked my Practioner exam.
Thanks for the motivation. Signed up for my ENARSI exam.
Just started ISC2 online training for the CCSP. I already have my CISSP, GCIH, GSEC, and Security+. As my Dad said, “work don’t get done by looking at it. It gets done by doing the work.”
Passed Security + this month. Off to the deep dive of ENCOR. Planning for April.
RCHSA 8 and RCHE 8 right after. I will get it for sure but not before my cup of Network chuck coffee you dig!
Got my PMP earlier this year. I understand it takes a lot of effort. As a PM I understand your struggle as a developer. Do your best
Nothing to fear about encor!! You got this
I have the legit excuse of "I'm poor" lol. Can't even afford our own internet or heat.
Get a second job
I don't even have a job ATM >.
How the fuck then you using yt?
Go and find a good job first..
