To a lot of supporters it's unethical to use their club for views and take tickets from the home end only to hate on the club later on.

It's hilarious how Bolton fans have spent the last 3 seasons constantly saying they've got the best team in League One, yet the team has failed to win promotion every time haha
As a Bolton fan myself, all I ever see is "best team in the league" etc etc. But I have literally never come across a single fan that has said this. Don't let the sentiment of a minority be the voice of the majority.

As a Bolton Wanderers supporter for 50 years.
What i saw after the Barnsley win in the semi final.
Was embarrassing.
There wasn't much to stop the fans going on the pitch.
However, for the manager to allow the players to appear in the directors box, drinking bottles of Peroni, celebrating What !!! after we had lost the match.
We had not achieved anything.
In all my time, i know that most of our ex managers especially Bruce Rioch, and Sam Allardyce would have locked that dressing room and tore a strip off the players for losing the game and coming so close to getting beat.
All Oxford Uniteds manager the night before the game against us on Saturday would have to do is play video footage of our players celebrating like we were already in the championship.
@leemartin713 Feel for you mate after our loss to Wycombe in the final it was tough to take. After the posh game there is footage of our players in the changing room yes happy but all we're concentrating on it being half a job done. There is even interviews with players we saying we have won nothing yet its only half time. It's because of the losses and the close calls in the playoffs it breeds mentality we had a freak season last season before that we have been contenders for many years and we were second in the league when manning left for Bristol City we always had the team to challenge des just needed time to get the team playing the way he wanted after the inevitable downturn in form after you lose your manager. Ironically it was after the bolton loss that des threw out the manning style of play which had done us well beforehand and put his stamp on the side. He did turned it around installed belief again and from then it has been a great ride. Hopefully next season will be your year and here's to hoping clubs underestimate us in the championship it will be tough and yes we may come back down but you have to be there to find out and being the longest serving team in league one it makes for a positive change.

Nice vid but would of been nice to see some extended highlights and footage from the coach ride home, surprised about some of the pre match predictions from the Bolton fans though, the play final is at a neutral venue, its a one off and its what team turns up on the day, handles the occasion and above all, wants it more. I personally thought it would be a really close game with one goal in it, but some of those predications I heard, you have to question people's sanity... 😂 Good luck for next season, but keep grounded.... 👊
