Unlimited food/snacks but free lunch ONLY on Friday? Sounds like contradicting policies that should be discussed at the next company party.
But seriously, an A+ customer rating says a lot about the employee base which grew from just 3 to over 3000 in 9 years. Just do "honest" business and you will always be A plus. Don't get trapped by all the UCC and commerce trade garbage, keep focus on the customer and the green...in energy, I mean.
Maybe add lunch or even breakfast say on Monday also, once a week seems a bit fleeting, especially on Fridays which are the most common time off days requested(most recognized holidays are on Mondays).
And, Yes, my family has the Blue Raven install for our home but this comment was not solicited in any way...I'm just having fun on a Friday night...lol
